Homebase - Nottingham Arnold

Me and my 3 children went to pick out a christmas tree last night. We had never had a real christmas tree before and didn't know much about them. We spoke to a lovely gentleman called cash and he was brilliant with the kids making them laugh. He wrapped the tree and carried it to my car and fought it into the back 😅. Tree is beauts as customer service was 10/10. Will definitely be back next year xx

My experience is based on a 'Click and Collect' order. The store was not too busy, not crowded and did not have to wait for too long to see someone. The staff members were extremely delightful and a joy to speak to. The service provided was quick, efficient and to the point. Being there made me feel at ease. Based on my experience I will be coming back even if it is a bit more far out then the city of Nottingham it was still so worth it.

The horticultural team are very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I've visited, they have been happy to help.

It's big, it's full of choice, and you can check stock online before you go. Staff will help you find what you need. As chain-store experiences go, this was fine.

I've just left this store a very happy person I was very well looked after by one of the staff named Kash. He couldn't do enough for us and also the store manager Louise .kind friendly and helpful above and beyond
