Love the Heron stores, for interesting arrivals. Sandwich box fillers. At a No frills affordable price. Love the Masala peanuts and Tandoori Peanuts. The water is dead cheap, like it should be. Always clean and tidy, staff are friendly. Keep up the good work.

I love heron foods not so much the weekly shop but to pick up bits and bods through out the week it's a good place to shop

I love Heron Foods!! Heron Burgers, Heron Paste, Crispy Heron, Heron Juice, Cake O’ Heron.

The Xsell range freezers are a favourite as you can get some some fantastic bargains on everyday unbranded items, which are generally from mainstream brands, just no fancy packaging.

Excellent example of a "typical" Heron Foods store... Staff are friendly and approachable, great for offers too...
Tempted to give 4 star, because the manners and intelligence void of seemingly most customers is horrific, but that's not Herons fault....

If it wasnt for lockdown and the regular pilgrimage to larger chains, Heron has pleasantly surprised me for being competitive and also stocking most things required on a daily basis. It's a regular now....and look out for their deals, you won't beat them

The pots of instant mash they do are absolutely fab! Just enough for one person so ideal for a quick meal

We love Heron foods. Have to be a little bit careful with fridge stuff but the frozen gear, tins, packets, boxes are all good, fantastic prices and lots of top brands.

Some great special offers and everyday low prices. Shop is clean and they have a good variety of foodstuffs . Can’t fault em!

I use the Nat West cashpoint nextdoor and the internet thinks I am in Heron Foods. But whilst at the cashpoint I can see people in Heron Foods and they look like they are having a great time.

Muler yogurts on offer 4 £1,tried the new Carrot cake and Turkish Delight was in heaven.They were fat free.

Has everything you need and the prices are amazing. Would Definitely Recommend.

Why don't people shop at Heron??? Try the XL range. Appears to be repackaged brand named products for fraction of the cost. Amazing quality!
