Your staff member Nicola (customer relations) helped save our Christmas both by phoning me when you restocked with Cremant dAlsace and then - as I had contracted Covid, - arranging for me to collect 6 bottles at the door without having to spend time in the store. Her kindness means we have the fizz we wanted for our Christmas Dinner. Excellent service.

The staff is always super friendly and the drinks are always well made. Clean and relaxing place, can’t go wrong really :)

I love this place I hang out with me friends and they mess around and the best part is the meat and bread even though I don't like meat it just has a good atmosphere and I bought Fanta dark berry it was fine

Great local shop. Always well stocked clean and bright. Staff are fantastic! Claire, will, Paul the security guard to name a few who ALWAYS make my shopping experience much better. Very friendly and welcoming to my children also. Always popping in for bits and pieces and I will choose to go here rather than other more convenient shops due to customer service I receive here

I like sainsburys. Wish the local bars didn't raid the 3 for £6 beer range and leave nothing for the general public.

The very out falling the shop anything you need then it always sort it out for you and it's reasonable prices

Fabulous little place with lovely staff and food. Went with my friend and I had the Lincoln poacher quiche, best quiche I've ever had outside my home and a very generous portion. Lovely crust /pastry, custard very cheesy and not overcooked, perfect 👌 . My friend had a salad of some kind, again very generous and with a pot of tea. My friend also had a slice of the olive oil chocolate cake, which looked delicious, moist and a very large portion. I asked for a strong decaf cappachino, which was a perfect brew for me but I was very disappointed with the size of the cup. All in all a really lovely place, just a pity about the size of the cappachino.

They got everything good customer service very helpful they even got a starbucks

Love the quality of product in sainsbury's but I do wish they would stop changing or selling certain products.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly and excellent service and always have the products I need. Like the new nectar prices.saved about £10 today with nectar pricesand now even more nectar prices in the frozen section. Now even more savings. Aldi price match now

It had a good variety of produce and if it were better stocked all the time would have been five stars.
Now up to five stars as very few missing items on the shelves now. 🙂
Update. Aug 23.....plenty of fresh produce and dry goods. Prices gone up a lot, but the same at most places.
Update 22nd Sept. All shelves very full with not many spaces. A shame we still ship fruit round the globe when it's available from British growers though.

Having ordered an item from Argos we decided to do a bit of shopping in Sainsbury's. Sainsbury's staff were ok but could do better, while Argos staff were very helpful and curtious.
Sainsbury's has greatly improved with it's layout and staff were polite and helpful.
