I always liked visiting CeX stores, and this one is no exception. It is a bit smaller than the ones downtown, but at least you can still find a few rare titles for old consoles. Staff was helpful both times I needed to return an item. It wasn't damaged or anything, we just wanted to exchange it and we had no issues doing so.

Traded in some old Xbox One games, and got a good £30 off my purchase of a second hard Xbox One X with the box - very good condition, and very fair pricing. Well chuffed with my purchase. Good variety of DVDs and games in the shop too.

Best cex I’ve ever used, staff are helpful and franchise owner can never do enough. Always get a fair deal here and stock levels are just right for a none main city store. Staff have gotten some really bad abuse when I’ve been in there for no reason other than the customer having a mardy at the trade in prices (which aren’t set by the store). They always handle the situation well. Will be visiting today myself

My phone was not working properly which I had purchased else where. He was more than happy to help me.

Very good, I had a fault with a product and they resolved very quickly and I was extremely happy with the outcome. Their prices are good and you get 2 years warranty, what more could you ask for.
