Young cashier with a smile gave me a Bonus Card for future use...its Tuesday today...and I am of a certain age. Came home and Registered it...so I get notice of special offers etc. Cery good.

There, the only ones who do their best for families on price of bood.

It was almost closing time, and I found myself being the most inconvenient customer, insisting on sorting out my loyalty card to redeem a £2 discount. The process took a few minutes as I had to download the app, register, verify my email and phone number, and obtain the card. I couldn't help but feel like the worst customer at that moment. However, both gentlemen working there remained incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, displaying remarkable patience. In many other places, the staff might have shown signs of frustration or been outright rude, but these individuals were truly sweet and accommodating. Their exceptional customer service made a lasting impression, and I greatly appreciate their kindness and professionalism, even during the store's closing moments.

Easy access, great prices helpful staff

Great selection of frozen meals. Holiday meals are in. Easy to view cases for food. Each section was clearly marked. Decent prices.

Iceland is a great shop, plenty of choice, great prices and deals, and big enough to walk around without walking into other shoppers. The staff are helpful, and despite not having as many checkouts open as usual they are as efficient and friendly as always.

Excellent! Great choice, great prices. Do Slimming world! Foods! Lots of them. Very helpful. And they deliver!! All in all, very pleased. They really do give a choice in just about everything.

This is a medium sized store which is easy to get round with wide isles and easy disabled access. It has very friendly and helpful staff home delivery is also available. Can get very busy at times.

Great shop

The free delivery is as good a reason to shop here as any. It’s not all frozen foods either they do fresh fruit and veg, bread, rolls , milk and cooked meats. Not having to traipse back to the car carrying heavy bags that mean you can then scratch your ankles without bending down is a bonus😂

Tried their Harry Ramsdens steak pie £4.00 seems a lot but it’s man size and honestly the best meat pie I’ve had in decades. The Harry Ramsdens battered fish is also excellent, best batter on any frozen fish I’ve ever had.
Their TFI exclusive range is tasty as well the chicken wings and boneless chicken wings ( think of upmarket chicken dippers on the boneless) are superb and the jalapeño stuffed with cheese is so tasty with a nice kick to it as well👍
