Radiance London (Fitzrovia)

Used a gift voucher for the CBD oil massage + facial - both were absolutely incredible. Left feeling so relaxed and with a smile on my face. The ladies here are lovely. Would highly recommend and return!

I am editing my previous review as circumstances have changed.
I was very angry that I had been charged unfairly, but, afterwards , Caroline called me to apologise and offered me to go to the salon without charging me again. I really appreciated this and for me everything is forgotten.
I have always loved this salon and I wouldn't have wanted to go to another one.
They always do their best to satisfy their clients. Their eye lash lift is excellent. I am glad that everything has been resolved in the end.

I really liked the lady that done my massage. I few little snags did pop up, like the music soundbar not working. But that wasn't a big thing for me. She was very apologetic because of this. But I couldn't care less as the massage was amazing! I had the full body for a full hour. No words could describe how great it was. Definitely going back, no doubts about it. Gonna get the facial next time as well.

Popped in for a pedicure. Treatment was done by Katie. Was greeted very warmly and treated like a VIP. Katie was warm, friendly and professional. Sometimes as a male going into salons like this I don’t feel that welcome or comfortable but that was the opposite here. Great service and an excellent pedi! Thank you!

I had a back and neck massage with Katie. It was wonderful. Katie makes you feel really at ease and nothing is too much trouble for her. She gives a fantastic massage and I will definitely be back. My back and neck felt wonderful afterwards and I’m already looking into booking the next one.

Best lash lift I’ve ever had! Katie is an amazing therapist - warm, knowledgeable and professional. I felt that I was in safe hands throughout the treatment and I had beautiful lashes for weeks afterwards. Thank you Katie!

I came in today to have a back massage as I suffer with lower back/ hip pain, I had an appointment with Gina who was very professional, calm and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. During the appointment I also had hot stones on my lower back which made me feel instant relief from the discomfort I suffer from, Gina also made sure I was comfortable and wasn’t in any pain during this appointment. I honestly couldn’t recommend Radiance enough!

I have been coming to Radiance on a weekly basis for two months now for phototherapy. As well as being extremely satisfied with the results, it has been a pleasure to have appointments with Katie. Before starting treatment she took the time to hear about my skin struggles to have a more thorough understanding of my health and I am also given a complimentary hand and arm massage during every treatment. I’d 100% recommend Radiance!

My first time waxing with Radiance and it was a nice experience. I had an underarm wax with Katie and she was very gentle and professional throughout the process. I will definitely use their services again.

I am absolutely gutted I’m only visiting and can’t be a regular here! I booked an early birthday treat for the day before, the salon is really beautiful and so clean. I was greeted immediately and offered a beverage, I told the lovely ladies tomorrow is my birthday and was given a complementary glass of Prosecco! What a treat! Ok I haven’t had many pedicures, but this was hands down the best. The therapist was so lovely and we had a little chat but they do have relaxing music playing if you prefer to just listen. I had no accidental nicks or cuts so they are really gentle and know what they’re doing. A perfectly finished final product for my open toed shoes tomorrow night! I will definitely return if I’m ever in the area again :)

Second time at radiance and again it was flawless, great full bodymassage and vey high quality products. It was relqxing and the beautician worked on my painpoints with care. Welcoming efficient and soothing, will go again soon!

I went for the skin workout with Ami and she was just great. I felt so relaxed during my treatment and was so happy with how my skin felt and looked afterwards. She also gave me great recommendations of what to change in my routine.
