We have arrived at the bank distressed and was met by Dorian. The nicest person I have ever come across when using banks. He come over few times to check if we were ok while dealing with the issues. His empathy and case shown made it so much better. U are lucky to have him!!!

I do do not usually write review but what started as a poor experience turned out to be a great one.

I entered the branch and there was looooong queue with only 2 staff on counter. (Just reminding the nearby branches have closed and this one has got really busy). Anyways, when I was finally approached in queue (again, can't blame staff as they were helping other), I was told that I need to go upstairs.

I went up, had to wait for around 25 mins and was met with Naman - I believe the branch manager; poor chap, I felt sorry for him that he was serving and in between excused to assist other staff.

Overall, I was actually very impressed with gentleman's professionalism and how he dealt with the query after being passed from pillar to post on the phone and your poor chat service on app.

Like someone else said in the review, service in this branch is Definitely much better than previous years but I do feel that Barclays will burn their staff if do not provide more resources with branches closing nearby. FYI; cash is on the up and with cost of living we need the bank support face to face. Don't force customer to use digital options; If I wanted digital only, I would open an account with digital bank.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience today with Jasmine, who was not only super helpful but also very kind. Left the branch with a genuine smile on my face. I wish every trip to the bank was as efficient and pleasant as this one.
