Travel Center

This was not only my first trip to Thailand but my first solo trip ever. There were a few issues my end in the week leading up to the holiday but Aria who arranged the holiday went above and beyond to ensure my trip went ahead and smoothly. The trip included 6 destinations with a tour of four temples included. The holiday was a great price and all the hotels were superb, with very helpful and friendly staff, especially being a lone traveller. Thank you so much Aria for such a fab experience and lots of wonderful memories for me to treasure.

Oscar was very helpful from the very beginning when my friend and I was booking out holiday, up until the end after our holiday. Would definitely use travel centre again, as their packages are really good. I recently came back from the 3 in 1 Asia Holiday (Dubai, Singapore & Bali) was honestly the best holiday I have been on so far!

We just got back from our holiday in Thailand and we had the most amazing time!! We have just come back from what we can only say was an amazing Xmas and new year cruising around Thailand, Malaysia and Bali starting in Singapore. We had the best time meet some amazing people and visited some amazing places :-) thank you to Oscar for all his help from start to finish we booked very late and he was always at the end of a message to answer my random questions. He was very helpful and understanding and patient. We have already booked the next holiday through Oscar and can not wait to go. What an amazing time we had as a family on our first, but not last cruise. thank you travel centre

Oscar helped us with our mini South East Asia tour for 2024. He was very patient and allowed us to repeatedly tweak our itinerary, and just prior to us booking he provided us a further flight package option, which we ended up going for.
Oscar was very polite and professional and we look forward to our mini adventure next year!

Update post holiday: Incredible time away. The team were also available to support us when we had an issue checking into one of our flights and it was resolved whilst sipping an iced coffee in Hoi An. Great service!

We had the most fantastic holiday to Thailand booked by Elsie. She is such a credit to the company. Truly went above and beyond for us. We stayed at 4 different locations throughout Thailand, she sorted all the transfers out for us. The hotels she booked for us were just fabulous. The holiday didn’t start off the best as we missed our flight out due to a road traffic accident. But Elsie got back in touch with us straight away and searched for new flights for us to get to Thailand asap. The whole booking experience ran smoothly and she managed to get us this holiday for a great price! Cannot recommend travel Center enough, will be booking with them again 😊

I have booked a long haul holiday for a 6 people party with Stella Brynn - Travel center.
She is great! Very helpful, professional and friendly travel agent. She made all my booking experience so pleasant and easy. Helped a lot with flights, hotels and payment plan so we can get the best for our needs.
We are now back from holiday and I can tell you that everything went according to the plan and the booking. Stella messaged me all the time to make sure everything is okay. We went to Seoul- South Korea, Singapore and Bali. We had the best time and Stella kept her promise and I can't thank her enough for that.
I highly recommend Travel Center - Stella Brynn. We'll book soon our next destination with them.

Oscar from Travel Center was Exceptional ! He put together a package you could only dream of ! After a lot of back and forth finding the perfect hotels and flights for our needs. Second time booking Jamaica with Chad, he’s honestly the best!! Always gets us good deals and is really good at communicating with us. Already planning to book two more trips with him. Our first experience last year July when we booked Jamaica was smooth after we made the payments we got our plane tickets the following day. Great experience! Lee was especially helpful, he was very patient with all of my requests even though I changed so many parts of the holiday with dates, airports. He really went above and beyond to help me plan our holiday. Exceptional customer service and managed to get a great deal! Couldn’t be happier. It was the best experience I've ever received so far. Roger did a great job, going totally out of his way to assist me. I was really stressed about booking my tickets last moment, but my lucky stars did direct me to this amazing gentleman who helped me out and calmed me down throughout my journey. Stella Brynn from Travel Center is the best. She is like a friend I never met😃She was so patient looking for a good deal for me and my friend. She checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned. The location of the hotel was perfect and everything I asked for was provided. She showed genuine care to get us a great vacation. I was apprehensive about making a holiday booking as big as this on line. I need not have worried, Ruth who looked after us, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I have been working with travel center and booking various vacations over the past 6 to 8 months and the service is fantastic from my regular agent who I deal with Adam who has helped with putting packages together. Very helpful, gives lots of attention and looks at alternatives if one scenario doesn't quite work. I am looking forward to booking all my future plans with him and travel center. Highly recommended.
