Scott's Roofing were able to respond to the issue regarding replacing my flat roof within a few days from calling them. The quotation for the work was very reasonable and I was kept informed by photos of their progress daily. I would not hesitate to use Scott's Roofing again or indeed recommend them to family and friends.

Having been badly let down by a cowboy firm who left me with a leaking roof and overflowing guttering for weeks on end, it was less than a week from my initial call to Scott to having works completed - and that included a separate site visit to quote for and properly scope the work. Given the really heavy rain we've had recently it's been great to have these issues sorted at a reasonable price. Communication was great with clear explanations of the quote and when payment was required. Scott and team come highly recommended.

I knew I needed my roof repaired before I moved into my new house and got a couple of quotes that I knew were too cheap and they weren't going to use scaffold. I got Scott in and he was the only one who removed his shoes when looking at the internal ceiling. (little things make a difference)
Sorted out the price which seemed fair and within a few hours the scaffold was up in the pouring rain!
Job done and complete within 3 days and I'm over the moon. A few more days and I can start decorating.

I had to get a flat roof re-repaired, as it had already been worked on by someone else, but was done badly, and increased the leaking. What differentiated Scott to the others, is the willingness to spend time up front to speak about all the issues, potential solutions that we got from other roofers and then agree on a clear plan from day 1. He also painstakingly clarified every detail in the contract - be it extent of guarantee, use of materials etc. Scott then did a thoroughly professional job, was extremely clean and tidy and had minimal disturbance for us. More importantly, solved the roof problem once and for all. Highly Recommend!

Our builders left us with an unfinished and incorrectly roofed extension and Scott sorted it all out quickly and also corrected all the errors the builders had made. After a thorough assessment of the repairs needed, the work was carried out very efficiently, without delay. 'Before' and 'after' photos of the repair site were very helpful in understanding the initial problem.
Office emails were prompt and text messages answered quickly.

Despite their busy schedule, Scotts Roofing fixed a problem for me (a new client) less than 24hrs after being told about it - they were around within 1hr to inspect and fixed it the next morning. Very happy with the speed of service and the result.

Update: The valley work is now complete and was done in a timely and professional way, Scott and his team did a great and comprehensive job and were helpful and courteous the entire time, great experience all around.

Scott was extremely responsive and helped me out of an incredibly tough situation where my valley was urgently leaking. He made space for me and patched it up before rain caused any further damage. Very professional and no nonsense manner, highly recommend.

We needed a slate tile replaced and a broken gutter and downpipe repaired. Scott was there the next business day and completed the job with no fuss. Fast and professional service.

Excellent turnaround times, fast work, committed to the job, flexible and fairly priced. I had water flooding through the light fixtures upstairs (from a large hole in the roof). Scott and his team came round literally ten minutes after I rang and had the job done by 9am the next day. They also looked at incredibly difficult to access (above a conservatory, no flat roof) holes in the side of my house, which they tackled a couple of days later for me. Scott responded very quickly to my emergency call when I noticed a chimney stack was close to collapse. Within 48 hours, in poor weather, the job was complete. It was an expensive job, but necessary, and Scott and team were totally courteous throughout.
