The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I’ve been here several times and it’s been the same every single time- amazing customer service!

They accept UPS and Hermes parcels and on my latest visit yesterday the young man working at the counter was ranted at by a customer who didn’t pick his parcel up for 10 days and UPS had ensured that the parcel was recollected by day 10. Nothing to do with the actual shop itself! The young man was so kind and polite despite the ranting customer.

Parcels don’t get lost from here. I’ve sent so many through this shop.

Had 3 separate UPS deliveries (all small to medium-sized parcels) delivered safely here. Lovely bloke who runs the shop; by no means the rude, difficult person he has been made out to be in some of these reviews. Also has all your classic corner-shop services: essential foods, printing service etc. Perfect for local use!

Ignore the bad reviews. The service in the shop has been nothing but friendly since I've moved to the area and not only used it as a convenience store but a pick-up point. Remember this is a family run store. It's been a testing time for everyone and some good manners and consideration go a long way.

Fantastic service. Truly lovely service them all the time. We live around the corner and it’s so nice seeing them. Always - without question accommodating. So nice to have them near us.

Absolutely unprofessional and rude attitude towards customers. I had horrible experience with the male staff this afternoon- while trying to find my ID for collecting an UPS parcel and being with my children at the time, he shouted at me that I cannot stay there more than ten minutes (I had stayed for three or four minutes at the time) because I am disrupting his business and his customers (there were none during my stay there) are not able to shop. I told him that I would go out if there were any customers but he angrily told me to go out and come back when I find my ID. I wouldn’t recommend at all this collection provider and personally, I will never arrange a collection from there in the future.

2nd time they refused to take my UPS parcel, they are supposed to be an Access & drop off point but this time they said as the next pick up wasn't until Monday they were unable to take any more packages (this was a 2pm on the Saturday), so they make customers trudge around in torrential rain to another Access point that will actually do their job and take your package. UPS should seriously look at removing them from their list of Access points.

After being informed by the friendly woman working the morning shifts that I should return my parcel in the evening due to the unavailability of the correct scanner, I returned later that day and approached a man to inquire about the return process. However, before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted me and said I should use the lockers outside.

I explained that according to Evri, this shop was listed as the nearest drop-off point for my parcel. I mentioned that I had visited earlier in the morning and was confused by the conflicting information provided by the woman and the man.

In response, he abruptly stood up and started shouting at me, yelling that I leave the shop. This was the first time I had ever encountered a stranger yelling at me, and it left me quite shaken. I discussed the incident with my friends, and they immediately knew who I was referring to. While I am not usually inclined to leave reviews, I find it unfortunate that a grown man believed he had the right to yell at me in such a manner.

Unfortunately my parcels always get diverted here over the past 2 years - always a very unpleasant and unaccomadating experience no matter the carrier he is using at the time - the owners responses to his multiple bad reviews is a true reflection of his lack of customer service and demeanour (“lol mate” is probably not the best way to address your customer base). The Londis down the road is a much more pleasant experience, and I’ve never had any issues. If I could get my parcels diverted everytime there, I would.

A lot of the items in this store are unmarked so prices always depend on how the owner feels that day (extortionate). I have to agree with the other reviews about the obstructed entrance - but I guess that is up to debate with the owner (!!)

I sent a parcel back to Amazon (return item) since they are an Hermes Drop Point, and they never sent the item back to them.

I reported the shop to the police and Amazon.

DO NOT send anything from this shop!!! They will take your items!!!!!!

PS = You also decided to be an HERMES drop point, so I'm sorry but I don't believe you. If you really think it's HERMES fault, don't be an HERMES drop point, that's easy. IT'S YOUR FAULT. Also, AMAZON said to me that your receipt wasn't valid, so...

Extremely rude shop assistant. I went to collenc a Hemres parcel with my 3 months old baby in his pram. The shop door waa half barricaded with fizzy drinks,bottles and other goods and I thought I could not squeeze through it with the buggy.
I kindly pointed out from the door why I was there and the shop assistant's reaction was "Why did you come to collect your parcel with your whole family,what am I supposed to do?"

So I've made it inside by accidentally knocking half of the things with the buggy. The bad manner was ongoing and endless but needless to mention it..the above says it all!

This man is super rude. Took my parcels, then told me that I needed to pack them myself, which isn't the case. Wouldn't give me them back, then ushered me out of the shop, threw my parcels on the floor in a tantrum. If my Amazon parcel doesn't arrive back to their depot I'm going to file a report.

Rude guy. I only use this place for Hermes drop off. Now appears they don’t offer the service. Goodbye and good riddance to a shop like this.

Ps: It’s very messy and smelly. The entry is obstructed by a chest freezer.
