I’ve been getting my nails done at Saigon Beauty for years! Michelle, Lindsey and the whole team are absolutely incredible at what they do, the most warm, welcoming and talented team! Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else, i’ve truly found my place. Thoroughly recommend to everyone!

I’ve been coming to Saigon Beauty for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in London! They are fantastic at nail designs and keeping up with all the cool trends, they have loads of colours for anything you’d want and they do SNS dipping power, which had made my nails so strong and they never chip! It’s great value for money and the place really feels like a family, Michelle and team know every customer by name and it’s that personal touch which makes it great!

I started getting my nails done here this summer and have become addicted. Michelle and the team are so lovely, it’s such a treat to get them done. I have had french tips done that lasted more than 3/4 weeks, and would have lasted longer if I hadn’t wanted to change the colour.
They are always so accommodating even when they are busy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Michelle and everyone at Saigon are absolutely lovely and so talented - I’ve been coming here for almost a year and they make the process so easy and enjoyable! If you want amazing nails at a reasonable price done by someone lovely and friendly, come to Saigon!

Last time I went for a manicure in London it was somewhere else ,my booking was lost and in the time that they made me wait, the technician at Saigon nails would have given me 3 manicures. I'm waiting to see how long the gel lasts, but I really appreciated that the place was clean,the ladies were friendly and understanding (I 'm a passionate nail-biter...) and for a very good price. Will be back!

I moved to Mile End in August 2022. I was still getting used to the area and meeting people when I began researching nearby nail salons. I picked this one based on the reviews and impressive nail design pictures.
What I wasn’t expecting was how caring and genuine the staff are to their clients. At my first appointment, Michelle was so kind and personable, which encouraged me to return. After many visits this year (roughly every 3-4 weeks religiously), I felt like a community. I looked forward to every appointment, knowing I would be greeted with smiles and catch up conversations, and later leave with a gorgeous new nail set.
Michelle and Lindsay were the incredible nail design artists I sat with most often. Attached are some of the sets I’ve gotten this past year. I am moving to a new country, so I wanted to leave knowing I could encourage others to have the same experience as me.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I will miss it and the staff dearly.

Have been going here for years to get gel manis . I love Saigon Nails and even though I’ve moved farther away I still come here. Such a hidden gem, the prices are unbeatable and the staff are the sweetest. Don’t hesitate to come to Saigon!

My absolute favourite nail salon! Every set I’ve gotten here has been great - the team are so creative, such perfectionists and are so friendly! They also have every possible colour imaginable and are very affordable. Just got my festive nails done :)

Started frequenting this nail salon since January and I’ve just found myself coming back here ever since! I’m always excited to get my nails done because the end result is stunning and my nails stay flawless for as long as 3 weeks without chipping off💅🏽. The Saigon beauty team is so friendly and welcoming, honestly can’t even begin to explain how much I love their hospitality🥰 I would highly recommend (especially for their SNS powder ;))

Saigon is my go to nail salon - the quality is second to none and everyone is so friendly.

Great attention to detail and the finish really lasts. My nails are quite soft and I notice that they come off very quickly at other salons whereas at Saigon they last really well!

The selection of dipping powder is impressive as most salons only have a small selection.

An added bonus is the reality shows they have playing while your in 😊

I’ve been a customer of Saigon’s since last summer, when I went with my sister to get a one off treat for our holiday. But ended up loving my nails so much and experienced such lovely and caring service, I’ve been a regular customer for a year now! I always feel so welcome every time I walk in and every set of nails and designs I have asked for, have been to the highest standard. Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed 😊

I have had sns, gel, chrome nail, mani & pedi with massage done a number of times with this salon and absolutely love their service and skills! Just yesterday, I’ve had my pink mirror chrome nails done and the reference picture that I showed them was beautifully matched. They shape that I wanted they nailed (no pun intended). Can’t wait to go back for another set soon!

The best nail salon I've been to. I started coming here about 4 months ago and have not looked back since. Before coming to Saigon my nails were in bad condition and quite short due to biting. They now feel and look better than ever thanks to the fantastic team. You can see how much longer my nails have grown in the photos below (pink/orange was first trip & colourful was my most recent).

The team at Saigon are absolutely fantastic, friendly, quick and great results. The atmosphere in the shop is always nice, there is a TV usually showing some easily digestible entertainment and it doesn’t smell like acrylic like many other places. You can tell that they’re committed to hygiene and just overall good quality. I’ve been going here for manicures and pedicures with shell lack for over an year and I’m always happy with the results, besides enjoying the time spent at the salon. Would definitely recommend!

As a regular customer over the past couple of years, I love how friendly and professional the team at Saigon Beauty are. I've been going to the Saigon team for just over a year now. When I moved to the area, I tried a few salons and none are near the quality I now receive with Michelle and the ladies who work with her.
