Excellent service , shelves are full of items also stuff are very helpful.

Lovely store. Went to Roman Road market and decided to pop in with my 5 Yr old for a few bits. Staff were very polite and dressed up in Christmas outfits. One particular ELF was very kind and polite to my son. Thank you 😊

Great customer service. They're alot better than they were at the start of the pandemic on coronavirus guidelines. It can be a bit busy and hectic at times but I think that's more to do with the location and there not being another supermarket around for a considerable distance ( excluding Iceland ). Good range of foods at a reasonable price. 👍

Was extremely happy with the customer service that was shown to me by a young lad named Lisle. He was exceptionally polite and overall paitent, the absolute pinnacle of this store's customer service. We need more staff like this working in our Tesco stores!

I shop about twice a week ,and have generally a good experience ,I use a wheelchair and can not reach the higher shelves ,but staff do offer to help ,its like most other stores you get good happy helpful staff but there is a fair share of rude and dismissive ones ,and some that are just to busy to help ,
One or two of the till ladies always offer to pack my bag at the back of my chair ,but as i say there are only a small number ,The biggest problem I have are pushchairs being used as offensive weapons being pushed into you ,when they think you are a obstacle or they are in a hurry and i cause them inconvenience
The reduced cabinet is also not accessible because there is a support pillar directly opposite ,so you cant stop for long because i course a blockage and people cont get passed ,so i miss out on the bargains
One of the checkout staff gave me a feedback card the other day and i would have given her a 5 star rating ,as she was the one who packed my bag for me ,but the online site link didn't work and has not been for several days
Overall its clean but not disabled Friendly ,considering the amount of mobility scooters that there is in Bow I would say the management could do a lot better

I had a problem because they charged me twice by mistake and Pedro (I think he is one of the managers) was concerned at all times to help me solve it and called the central for me to make an income of the amount.
He is a great employee and very attentive.

I ran in there desperately looking for some last minute things, I kept bothering the member of staff by asking him where stuff was etc (I think his name was Lyle or something like that)
But he was extremely patient and friendly and even recommended me an alternative when the store didn't have the seasoning I needed... turned out to be an even better choice than what I had in mind! Thank you!!

Was all hot and bothered and couldn’t find what I needed. One of the staff members ‘Jason’ could tell that I needed assistance, helped me find what I needed and really cheered me up! Such a sweet and light hearted young man! Thank you Jason 🙌🏼

I want to say how bubbly your cashier is called Michelle I only come in to get my papers and milk and every morning a big smile and always says good morning always laughing she certainly brightens your day.
