No hot water in a hair salon is a real problem. Phoned at 9 30am sorted by 10.30am .

Very efficient. They turned up at 9am on the dot to fix my Ferroli boiler. The engineer even waited because he realised I was dropping my child off at school, so he gave me a bit of leeway instead of driving away and charging me a call out fee. Very impressed with their way of working, because I've had some bad experiences with boiler companies in the past!

i have previously had this company service and advise regarding my boiker. exceptionally. however this year i have had a bad experience with the service advice and office staff memberbeing rude . It is such a shame as always been a brilliant company
