Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Had little drinks and sweets on the side to help yourself to which I thought was cute. Showed a picture of the nails I wanted and he achieved the exact look. So happy with my birthday nails I will definitely be coming back. Also reasonable prices.

The best nail salon in Forest Hill. I'm always leaving happy with the results. I'd recommend Gloss Nail Salon to anyone who's looking to get their nails done.

Tom is amazing and have to say I received the BEST customer service at Gloss Nails and i have been to a lot of nail salons! My nails are beautiful and just what I asked for. Perfect and love that he is a perfectionist!! Sweet man! 🥰

What also really impressed me more about his service was that we actually had really good conversations whilst he was doing my hands and made me feel like he cared! I'm used to rude nail technicians just talking amongst themselves and not involving the customer so this was such a lovely experience!

To top it off I left my fan at the shop and I didn't realise and he messaged me on Instagram and let me know.

Today was my first time going to Gloss Nail Salon. I must say that the presentation is 10/10 the customor service 10/10
The lady who done my nails done my nails very quick and to the standard I wanted them.

The owner is very welcoming he made me feel like I was at home

Best shellac and lovely staff. Also great pedicure chairs! Reasonably priced too!

Finally, I have found the best clean nail salon with affordable prices.
Anytime I visit the salon I always get excellent customer services.

Very clean salon. Top notch service, they offer you beverages and have a good loyalty scheme. For me the only downside is that they don't have all the latest innovations in nail art and everything they do have they charge you for separately- so if you want unique designs they will charge you for chrome powder, the design, gel polish and each individual embellishment.

Staff are always so polite and caring. The customer service is great as you are made to feel relaxed and comfortable. You never have a long wait. It's become my favourite nail shop, my nails always look so beautiful :)

Love this nail shop the owner and his Partner are fantastic so welcoming. They definatley know the meaning of pampering and making you feel great. What ever colour or pattern they are Great at it. I would 100% recommend Gloss Nails Jas the owner is Great you get the best mani and pedi here.
