Big Chill Brick Lane

Lovely cocktail and drinks bar, dark moody lighting with lots of comfy seating and table nooks. Drinks are reasonably priced for the area, small but bustling smoking area at the front but quite spacious inside. Had a DJ just starting to play on a Saturday evening around 7pm, wasn't as busy as I was expecting either was easy to find a table. They do also offer food too. Would recommend for casual drinks, love the interior vibe.

I popped in to the Big Chill for a catch up with a friend, this afternoon. It felt so nostalgic being back, during the early 2010’s Brick Lane used to be my old stomping ground.

We stayed for two rounds of Guiness and apple juice and lemonade. Place has been updated since the ‘good old, bad old days’. Lovely decor, with neon light statement piece “if these walls could talk…” Hmm... need I say more?

The staff were pleasant enough. We reminisced on our days of working and socialising in Shoreditch and our plans for the rest of the year. We had a group of friends on the table next to us, which I assume were doing somewhat of the same.

My Apple juice and lemonade came in a great big tumbler, which I liked. There is a football game table as you enter to your right, and comfortable padded seating too.

I like that the Big Chill is just a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle in Shoreditch, around lunch time. We were able to have a chat, couple of drinks and leave after about an hour. Will come again for sure.

Absolutely love the brand. Love both venues. Jermaine from brick lane and Joshua from King’s Cross are both absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t rate them any higher. 10/10.

An absolutely brilliant venue. The team are super friendly and the beers super cold too. The outside area was buzzing and the quiz inside a lot of fun, lots of space to move about and cope when it's really busy too. I tried the chicken burger which was delicious too. A great location in a car free area. A fun visit and can't thank the team enough.

We had our work Xmas party at the big chill and was really impressed with the service received. Everything was as agreed and more, the team took the time to decorate the venue for us which was a nice surprise and touch. Throughout the night the bar staff and security were very accommodating and the biggest compliment I can give is that all my colleagues were congratulating me for organising a great Xmas party! Thanks again guys and hopefully see you next year!

Cute, warm, inviting atmosphere. Drinks were delicious and the Southern Seoul burger we had was juicy and flavorful! Jermaine took great care of us & even gifted my friend with a complimentary bottle of champagne for her birthday.

We were drawn in by the music when walking by on a Friday night. The place wasn't busy at all, but the music was great, the drinks were nice and not expensive, and the food was tasty.
We sat inside, while the outside seating area seemed to be more popular and quite busy.

Excellent customer service Jermaine, the manager made sure I was well looked after and recommended me the best drinks to get on the menu. Great environment will definitely be going back I had a great time

Had a booking for me and my friends to have a catch up, which turned into an awesome night of shots and incredible food! We ordered our drinks with Steph who definitely got the party started! The cocktails were amazing and she recommended the best food on the menu! Felt the shots the next morning.. but would 100% go back!

Also great for those who vape/ smoke with outdoor seating under a large canopy for when it rains!

My first time down at Big chill bricklane an I will defo be back. Staff were super friendly especially Jermaine who went out his way to make sure we had a fab time! Music was just how we like it. Drinks were nice an affordable an not over priced. Defo a 10 out 10 an we will see soon Big chill bar!

I came with a friend to have lunch after a shopping day around Brick Lane.

There is a 10GBP lunch offer until 4 pm with a burguer with fries. Delicious!! There's also a vegetarian option, which is equally yummy, according to my friend.

I was there to celebrate my 30th birthday - and what a night the team at Big Chill put on for us! Thank you to Jermaine and his team for making it a night to remember (or not!)
The private space at the back was perfect for what we needed. Looking forward to going back on a regular Saturday night now.

My Mrs organised a wonderful 40th bday party for me at the Big Chill back in September.
We had access to their back room which was nice and private where I cut my cake!

Jermaine the manager catered for us all and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and polite.

We had lots of nibbles that we were able to buy from their kitchen that was hot and tasty like the chicken tenders and burgers.

Music in the night was mixed and varied and there was something for everyone.

The atmosphere was brilliant with all of us filling the dance floor area to dance the Candy!!!

I was served by Libby all night, i hope that’s how you spell her name. She was so kind and polite, I spent more than i should but was worth it considering her hospitaly. My group were leaving after one drink on our pub crawl but ended up staying till close because of her, give her a pay rise !!!

We had a whole designated area for our party, lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff - kindly given a bottle of Prosecco on the house as it’s my birthday!! Thank you Jermaine!

Loved this bar, visited on Saturday 18th around 8pm. Staff were all friendly and accommodating and had good banter with us. Stephanie served us our 2nd round and was happy to laugh with us. (did not catch the name of the first guy that served us but he was awesome too). DJ was playing some great RnB throwbacks, definitely coming back next time i'm in London. Thank you for a great evening!

Had one of the best burgers ever had here. One part of our order was ordered incorrectly but the manager went out of his way to put this right.
Our only issue is having to move from our first table as it was directly under a speaker and really too loud to chat.

Well what can i say!!! Thankyou to the big chill for making my 40th one to remember. Another venue cancelled our party booking last minute so i contacted management (Jermain) and was so pleased and ecstatic that they were able to accommodate for me and my 45 guests!!!!!
All of the bar staff,security staff and dj (im sorry i do not know all of your names) were super friendly,attentive and really did make us feel special. It was like one big happy family on the evening! They sorted an area out right by the dance floor, bottle of bubbles,birthday card and even carried the cake out and sang happy birthday 😁 all my guest were happy as so was we! We danced untill the lights came on,one banger after another! The whole atmosphere was perfect. Just as a side note,i used to go here many moons ago and all i can say,this new management has definitely brought sexy back! Ive been several times since my bday and ive left each time with a smile, achy legs from dancing and a happy bunny! Thankyou to the team for creating my new spot in brick lane! Nice mix of people,good vibes,drinks, food and great music!
Kings cross big chill has nothing on brick lane big chill. If ever you are just shopping in the area, want something chilled but also want to boogie,snack,need a date spot or an easy night out, then get yourself down there and the lovely team will look after you no doubt! Thank your team for me once again.

We were there for a Halloween event. The music was largely ok and the atmosphere good. I had to leave early because the smoke filling the dance area was sustained and overwhelming. Won’t be returning to this venue.
