Worse customer service ever as a bank at list customer service expected to be better staff behind the counter don't know what the are talking about if you speak to one staff they all speak at the same time very rude service infect more training is need to how to deal with customer. Customer service is very important in any origination is very sad some people are not flowing what they should do. I well Never go there again.

Better off using money transfer agency than sonali bank because the agency are easy and simple to use.

I have been in there few time and I can say from experience the service has been absolutely lousy. The system and the settings they had seem pretty outdated . They weren't as organised like other money transfer or so called banks. They represent Bangladesh and it doesn't meet any standard. You go to banks from other nationalities and countries they seem more presentable and organised with new system and using modern technology to keep records well. Lot of the staff look scruffy and
not presentable enough to face the general public. They need a complete transformation for better business and more customers.

First ever 1 star review for anything! Called ahead on a Saturday to find out opening hours, and was told the branch is open until 2pm. Get there at 1.50pm - front doors are locked, blinds at the counters are down, and not a single soul to be seen inside. Clearly they'd been shut for a while. It appears opening times don't really stand for anything.

"Sonali bank " worse customer service. This people keep asking you to update your ID but when you turn up with what they ask they change there story and ask you for different proofs. Am self employed so show last year accounts year ending April 2014 he wants this years how's that possible you stupid this year don't end until April 2015 try explain to this dumb person , HOW did you get a job in this bank ? !!! .
They all speak at once when you speaking to one. Would not write down the ID criteria this stupid person over the counter.Avoid THIS BANK AT ALL COST.

Some customer service training wouldn't go amiss here. Ideally something along the lines of "males and females" are equals. As a female I can honestly say that I am always treated poorly. Unfortunately as the branch near to my home is now closed this is the only one I can go to.

Very poor customer service and lack of product knowledge, rule and law of money laundering operation procedures. Due to their ignorance and poor services we are all suffering. as a customer and Bangladesh government loosing remittance and foreign currency. As a result of poor management we can not buy wage earner bond in UK.
