My experience with Mr Britto was nothing other than amazing. Hand on heart - this man and his clinic saved my life! I had been pushed from doctor to doctor before seeing Mr Britto, with none of the 5 I had seen, (3 at the surgery and 2 at A&E walk in) able to tell me exactly what was wrong. I lived week after week hating my appearance due to the ‘lesion’ on my lip, which would bleed dailyD I could not eat properly, didn’t want to go out or socialise because of it’s appearance. I would spend mornings laying in bed shaking every morning through not wanting to even go to work and face people, not knowing if this would ever go away of get worse and worse and no one being able to tell me what was even wrong with me. I was also told twice by the surgery that it could be cancer… my mind was a mess. I had anxiety attack after anxiety attack. Life lost its fun and the future completely lost any promise.

Then I was put on to Mr Britto and within 13 days of seeing him - I was operated on and cured and my life has never felt better and more fun again. From the first appointment with Mr Britto I knew I was 100% in safe hands. He diagnosed my problem ‘pyogenic granuloma’ within seconds of looking at me. Something 5 doctors couldn’t do between them in nearly 2 months. Mr Britto talked me through everything from what would happen and how it would be after. On the day of the operation I felt so calm as I knew Mr Britto would make me better. I was nervous when I went down for the operation but immediately put at ease when I saw Mr Britto and he spoke to me and ironed out any concerns or questions that I had. He was so polite, understanding and reassuring - something I badly needed.

The operation went absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. I’ve seen Mr Britto since for my follow up appointments and he has been just as good there as before. My lip is now getting back to normal by the way and you couldn’t even tell I’ve had an operation unless you looked closely and studied it. Every single part of it went as smooth as I could have ever asked for.

I find it important to put this much information as this was the worst time of my life dealing with this problem, therefor I think the whole story is important, and for Mr Britto to completely solve it… I can’t actually find enough words to thank him.

When I wasn’t speaking directly to Mr Britto, I was dealing with his clinic, in particular a lady named Jessica, who helped me book a time and date with Mr Britto and also answered all of my questions and worries in between and after. Jessica needs a mention in this as her care and speed on replying and communicating with me was exceptional. Talk about service… again, I couldn’t have asked for better and this reflected Mr Britto and his clinic as a whole. An absolute pleasure to have dealt with. Mr Britto also made me fully aware than the door was always open for me should I have any concerns at all. I honestly cannot praise this man enough.

Absolutely incredible dr. My experience has been nothing but positive. My care has been amazing from start to finish. Dr Britto knows exactly what he’s doing, he’s a fantastic surgeon who delivers natural looking results. From the moment I met him he put me completely at ease and his caring professional manner was a constant throughout. He explained everything well and actually listened to what I wanted. As someone who’d never had surgery of any kind I was very nervous but after one appointment with him I was more than happy to go ahead. I've been planning my face lift surgery for quite a while and researched the numerous surgeons that operate in London as part of my planning process.
Mr Britto was on my shortlist and was the first surgeon I visited for a consultation.
I felt at ease from the moment I met him, he listened to what I was looking for and from the discussion that followed, I was certain there was no need to visit the other surgeons on my shortlist.
That decision is vindicated, as I've recently had my procedure, and Mr Britto and his team couldn't have been more professional or supportive.
The post procedure care is second to none and I'd have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone who is looking for aesthetic surgery themselves.

From my first meeting with Mr Britto for blepharoplasty, I came away assured, and at ease, that I had picked a genuine kind and caring surgeon, I’m absolutely delighted with the results.
He also removed a BCC on the bridge of my nose. I was extremely nervous about the scarring that I would be left with. Once again he did amazing work, and I am so happy that the tumour has been removed and the reconstruction is brilliant.

After removal of a large BCC from my nose, Jonathan Britto performed reconstruction surgery. The organisation and speed between excision of the BCC and the surgery was amazing and very reassuring.
He was very kind, professional and supportive throughout the whole process.
The result of the surgery is superb. Many colleagues and friends have commented that they are unable to see any scarring on my nose and face. A positive outcome.

Had 3 procedures done by dr Britto. I had an Asian rhinoplasty, under chin lipo and Buccal fat removal. I am happy with all three results, everything is tastefully done, the down time is almost zero, I hardly have to take pain killers after the surgery. Dr Jonathan always check up on me even when it’s weekends. Dr Jonathan is very gentle and kind and focused in my opinion. I can’t wait to have more surgeries done by him to refine my look!

When I was considering a face lift, Jonathan Britto was recommended to me and for that I will be forever grateful. I’ve had three procedures with Jonathan and the results have been just what I wanted to achieve and, more importantly, what I could expect to achieve, as outlined by Jonathan every time. Perfection is unrealistic but I feel transformed and have new-found confidence. Jonathan’s skill and care both pre- and post surgery are first class and I always feel very safe in his hands. I have found Mr Britto very highly skilled. He has had an extremely wide range of experience of many different cosmetic procedures which I have been lucky enough to benefit from since deciding to have my first procedure with him in August 2017.
We have remained in contact ever since with ongoing support from Jonathan whenever I need it.

The care Mr Britto and his team provided was outstanding. The information provided with regards to the procedure and outcome was detailed and clear through all stages leading up to the procedure and post op. Jonathan is the best in the business. Not only is he a genius who looks at the face with the eye of an artist he is simply the nicest person you could hope to meet. He transformed my face achieving a natural, youthful look. Not a hint of pillow face just a refreshed face and eyes that now open correctly which has improved my vision too! He is so much fun to be with that it is impossible not to feel relaxed and in great hands. And the after care doesn't stop - he makes himself available to answer any concern at all. A* professionalism from consultation through to where I am now, ( week 3 post surgery.) Mr Britto and his team have consistently demonstrated and proactively put my care/welfare as their primary focus. Would highly recommend and return for any future needs.

Consulted Mr Britto in mid December needing a removal of a facial skin cancer. The reconstruction has been marvellous and the care and attention superb. Fully recommend to anyone needing a great surgeon.

I am so pleased with my recent skin consultation with Jonathan Britto and Karen Sargeant. Jonathan is professional and instills confidence. Karen is extremely knowledgeable about the latest products available. I was pleased with my treatment plan, the tips on how to maintain good skin and have seen much improvement in my skin.

Craniofacial Surgery
This is my second procedure with Mr Britto. Being terrified of the dentist, or indeed anything medical, once more I found myself discussing surgery and looking forward to the operation ahead. This time craniofacial surgery, something I have always wanted to do. Mr Britto is very personable with a warm and friendly manner and was happy to answer all my questions clearly and thoughtfully. He explained the outcome I could expect and addressed my many concerns. I find our conversations reassuring in that my expectations and anxieties are taken into consideration where possible. Again, my stay in hospital was comfortable, I also met his anesthetist who spent time with me explaining his role in the operation. The twilight surgery was uneventful, I vaguely remember being asked to blink or smile but little else. The brief discomfort felt after the operation was soon forgotten, but my memory of the whole experience is a recollection of care, deliberation and adeptness and I am very thankful for this. His team are very helpful and he still follows me regularly in his out-patient clinic. Today I am very pleased with the surgery, I look in the mirror and see me again, that old woman has gone! My face looks very natural, far more youthful and friends comment on how well I am looking. I also have the support of Karen Sargeant ,his aesthetician, advising on the future maintenance of my skin using products very different from those I used before I’m so glad I have done this.

From the very first time I stepped into his office I felt comfortable. I told him what I wanted he listened and adviced he didn’t force me into going larger than I wanted like the previous Doctor’s I’d seen for the same procedure. We discussed the best shape for me and he showed me the difference between the two. I left his office feeling completely happy and confident in him.

On the day of my procedure he came and explained again what he would be doing. When the procedure was done he came to check on me gave me a card to say what implants I had which have their own personal number. He also said I could email him if I had any concerns during my recovery.

Recovery was very fast for me about a week and I could go back to normal life I am VERY VERY happy with my results they look so natural which is what I wanted they are not high up and under my chin I just love how they look with and without clothes no one even knows I’ve had anything done again that was what I wanted I cannot recommend him enough.

My follow up appointment was good he could see I was happy with the way they looked he was also happy with the results and I’m due to see him in a few months times.

I underwent Rhinoplasty surgery in January 2020 with Mr Britto. I chose to have my surgery with Mr Britto as he has a calm demeanour, is very empathetic and a great listener. I knew that he understood my wants and concerns. Mr Britto was very honest about what could be achieved and the risks involved. His team are very caring and professional. It has now been 6months since my operation and I am very pleased with my results!

I had my procedure done on the 23rd February 2019 and from the very start Jonathan Britto sat down and listened to all my wishes and concerns, he booked me in quickly as requested as I wanted my breast augmentation done before my holiday, he even went that extra mile to book me in for all my after care at a local location to me so I didn’t need to keep traveling up to London. On the day of my surgery Mr Britto yet again went that extra mile for me to go first, so I could recover quicker to get back home to my young son who has health problems, I felt he really listened to me even on a personal level and put me first. I am now 11 days post surgery and I had my follow up appointment yesterday where he removed my dressings, I am so happy with my results even though I am still very early on in recovery, my scars/stitches are barely visible and I got exactly what I had wished for, a natural full bust!! I am soooo happy and would highly recommend Jonathan to all my friends and family! He is such a friendly approachable man and made my whole experience from start to now a very comfortable and relaxed one! What an amazing surgeon you are, I’m so glad I chose to go with you and I cannot Thankyou enough, you have transformed a part of my body I hated into apart of my body I love the most
