I used to be quite a frequent visitor to this shop and I was very grateful for its presence with very helpful friendly staff.
I used to fill myself up with diary products. The shop was a little bit small and there were normally long queues. Which may have been due to the shop being 'short staffed'.

Great shop, bigger than it looks! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. They made my daughters day by showing her a fish 🙂.

I wanted chocolate covered nuts - only 1 box left but the packaging was damaged - I asked a member of staff called Sonny if more were due to be delivered- he said unlikely but offered them to me FREE!!!! OMG!!! Thank you!!! It's my birthday so Sonny made my day very special!!

Great location on Marylebone High Street. Always well stocked, although not so much at the end of the day.

Tip: This location has a great wine selection. And, has a corner for fine wines too.

My favorite supe market in London. This one is pretty big and have almost everything. If really need something fresh get to be on opening time or you won’t find your avocados ;) fully recommended over other super markets in tried

Great roast chicken and fresh Sushi counters.
Excellent meat and fish sections also. Love the freshly oven baked chickens. Yummy.

I love this grocery store and this location can’t be beat. Kind of my happy place lol 😚 The clotted cream selection needs to be expanded though

Not a big store, however, as far as Waitrose goes, it has everything you might need - both for a quick shop and a weekend trip.

Tip - you can save quite a bit of money if you time it right and visit the store before its closing time; plenty of items reduced more than 80-90% off their original price due to their short expiry date. Never disappointed!

I had popped into the Waitrose on Marylbone after spending the whole day at nearby Hospital. It was a rather long day for me me and I also use a walking stick. I didn't have enough strength to work all round the shop find my stuff. I asked one of the the staff members, whose name was Gallia. ( please forgive me forget your name wrong!) . A lovely lady with salt and pepper hair tied up in a ponytail was passing by and I asked her for two things would you kindly took me to the relevant aisle . Has she escorted me around I kept remembering things and she ended up spending a few minutes more then I had expected. Once she saw I was having difficulty she made it a point to take me to every single one of the products I need it it help me pack them. It was such a small gesture but for me it was more than that. I was in pain and she made the experience just wonderful. Her her attitude and empathy just made my shopping experience wonderful. I do hope your management give the appropriate recognition to her because in spite being really busy, she made really a customer happy. Thank you again Galliz

Ordered delivery groceries from Waitrose Marylebone today. Whoever the staff member is, who packed the bag for my order, you are a wonderful person who made my day so much brighter. My order arrived well packed with care, double paper bagged to ensure nothing fell through as it was heavy, with damp items in thin plastic bag. Best of all, that staff member wrote on the paper bag "Thank you for shopping at Waitrose Marylebone (smiley face)". Very happy with the service I received. Whoever you are, Waitrose Marylebone staff, thank you!! (smiley face & hug).

Lovely store and fantastic food which is a great shopping experience. They offer free coffee to Waitrose loyalty card holders but you need to use your own refillable hot cup as they are doing great things for the environment by reducing paper and plastic waste.

However the prices here are fairly high but the food is of high quality. There are other cheaper supermarkets around but they don't do free coffee.

I always enjoy going shopping at this Waitrose to look at the displays of delicious food and buy a few goodies at a time.

Nice small store with plenty of choice considering its size. Great staff. Self checkouts available too.

I love the hustle and bustle of a London supermarket that sits off a major street. Everyone is quickly moving about, grabbing what they need, and hastily getting on with their day. We dropped in to Waitrose to grab a few things for a picnic, some fruit, bread, cured meats, and glorious cheese. Not a day goes by that at least one meal wouldn't have been made better by a little Mature Cheddar. How do I love thee, let me count the ways...
