Had a very nice first session with Jody from Skin Masters. The patch test went well so we were able to proceed with the first session there and then which was very convenient. Everything was explained well too which really helped to ease any last minute nerves I had. Overall really easy and good service to access would definitely recommend.

One of the best clinics I’ve been too and I must say even after just my first treatment I can already feel an amazing difference I am so glad I’ve chosen this clinic and I look forward to starting my journey with them. My therapist was the most kind hearted person I’ve met she made me feel so comfortable and we had a great laugh. Not just my therapist but the team is absolutely amazing and very professional at what they do in terms of communication. I look forward to continuing my laser journey as they are the best.

Ana-Maria did laser for my legs, underarms and Hollywood. She was so professional, and the results have been amazing!! My hair is pretty much gone and the process was not painful at all. Would really recommend skin master (I had tried another laser place before and did not get good results), they use the latest technology and are very professional!

Sam is great! Super attentive and makes you feel so comfortable during the appointment. The appointment feels like it goes by really quickly when you’re with her and she takes feedback well and makes sure she focuses on areas you are struggling with.

Have had 2 laser hair removal sessions so far with Tamara at Kings Cross and I'm really happy with the results! The hair is definitely growing back thinner and slower.

I just finished my package of 6 full body laser hair removal sessions with Skin Master. I went to both of their clinics and saw a few different therapists; Ana-Maria, Agnes & Tamara. I would 100% recommend Skin Master for laser hair removal and all the therapists I saw were great.

I have sensitive skin and found some body parts more uncomfortable than others - such as under arms. The laser machine they use is perfect for this and the therapists were all understanding, making sure I was as relaxed as possible each time.

The results have been wonderful - I actually noticed a big change after the first session so by now, couldn’t be happier!

Only slight negative was the difficulty booking appointments. I needed a long session and it was hard to fit this in around work and travel. A couple of times, my appointments were cancelled (no one’s fault) and it was difficult finding a new time. But we managed and I found everyone I spoke to on the phone understanding and helpful.
