Fantastic service by Bruno today - came into the store hoping to try on a tux, walked out having purchased the whole set!
With meticulous attention to the smaller details accompanied by a friendly & helpful attitude Reiss have now gained an extra customer in me today thanks to Bruno, what a great asset to the company!

I was looking for a camel coat which seemed unavailable ANYWHERE.
I had such wonderful attention in this store. Two ladies searched everywhere on computers & found one for me which they said would be delivered to my nearest branch on the following day.
They both spent a lot of time with me, all the while dealing with other customers.
So a big shout out to Lisa Bryant & OlivenFord.
Above & beyond my expectations.

The Best customer service ever!!
Even comparing with more higher designer brands the service i received from this store i was Amazed.
All the staff were willing to help.
The lady by the till was busy with other client but still recognised me waiting and approached me politely. Other lady on the floor was runing around with camera man, but still gave me the priority to help.
Lady who was steaming the garments which i didnt even see came to me asking if she can take the clothes to hang so i dont have to carry around. And the Most patient gentleman in the check print suit , bless ! Tried so hard to find the size i need. He found the store, gave me the number to call. So so helpful!

I did bought the garments i wanted later on,unfortunately from another store as i couldn't make it back. And still on the hunt for the trousers!!

Bo is THE MAN! 4 recommendations bought 4 pieces. Give this man a nice little Christmas bonus and better yet a promotion. And upgrade your Omni channel and returns process as it sucks having to pay for returns and getting a refund after.
