Only ever had good experiences when shopping here, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Managed to find some great things in here and even helped out when they were closed!

I love this place! Friendly, fun staff with great stuff, slightly pricey but quality products, I picked up some boots for £19 and checked online, same brand £350!

These complaints about a charity shop are pathetic. I love all the girls in there and lads and I always find gorgeous stuff.

I prefer to buy second hand than new and therefore appreciate charity shops.
This one however, needs to reconsider its pricing when selling second had items for more than it cost new.
Staff has always been very friendly.

No idea why they put items in the window that aren’t immediately available for sale or reservation. I saw something I wanted but the staff could neither tell me the price or allow me to reserve it, simply suggesting I return in a couple of days by which time it had gone.

Charity shop with some new items. Selection is a bit haphazard but that's charity shops!

Seems to get some nice stuff in. Maybe a bit pricey.

Overpriced second hand items! Not the best service either!

The shop was late opening. There was a hand written note in the window saying they'd be opening a bit late, and then they still didn't open at that time promptly. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. DVDs £2 each which is very steep for a charity shop. Clothes were not as cheap as some other branches of Sue Ryder.

I'd love this shop if it was ever open. Not kidding when I say 80% of my efforts to visit have resulted in a U turn home because there's a note on the door saying they're closed that day.

The sale person in this shop racially targeted me for being black. It hurts in this day and age there are unconscious bias out there against a skin colour. I showed interest in a bag which I put over my shoulder, checked how it looked in the mirror a couple of times. Once I decided I wanted it, I kept it over my shoulder while continuing to shop. Although on a couple of occasions I felt tracked in this very small shop by the lady behind that till, I was okay till she come up to me to ask whether the price tag was on the bag. I showed her the price tag which was obvious still clearly visible and I went as far as taking its off my shoulder and putting the bag on the till counter if it gave her greater comfort. With 2 other white shoppers who also had items in the hands I felt targeted and tried to explain how she made me feel as she tried to explain it wasn’t her intent. She then ended abruptly decided that’s it she won’t be selling me the bag and took the bag back to the store room. All this took place in front of my LO. If not for my LO asking for a toy I promised him earlier he could have I would have just left promptly. What a horrible felling that has eaten away at me for the last couple of hours. This should not happening anymore.. please be aware of you personal impact on others. I feel super hurt to the point I had to find time to expel this feeling in words.

Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Overly picky about what they will take. Save yourself the time and go down the road to the British Red Cross who are time and time again more helpful, friendly, and accepting.

If I could give a shop a 1 then I would. I went there to refund a dress and they said that the shop does not do refund or exchanges even though on the website it says that you can refund or exchange.

The store was dirty and clothes were everywhere. Cashier was on his phone at the till and manager was walking around the shop floor bare foot.
