Wards have been incredibly helpful and responsive in the sale of our house. Everyone in the office is incredibly professional and helpful and fully understand that customer service goes a long way! Sally in particular has been a lifesaver in this process! She has pushed useless solicitors to do their job and has finally managed to get everyone on the same page and we are finally ready to close the sale. We can't recommend Wards of Ashford enough, they have been a pleasure to deal with in an otherwise very stressful situation.

I consulted multiple agents to discuss listing my property for sale for the second time, after previously using a well-known national chain. Among the agents, I had the pleasure of meeting Nick from Wards of Ashford- who visited my flat. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and realistic approach to selling my flat. Consequently, I made the decision to utilise the services of Wards, and I must say, the communication has been outstanding. They provide prompt buyer feedback, timely updates, and are flexible in accommodating my communication preferences, considering the nature of my work.

Once I received an offer, Sally Bryant took over and ensured that the sale progressed swiftly and smoothly. Her support and assistance were invaluable in bringing the sale to completion. In fact, she often managed to obtain updates quicker than my solicitor!

I would also like to mention Julia, Romie, and Ryan (I am sorry if I’ve missed anyone else out!) who were all equally professional and competent in their roles.

Great communication from the start

I cannot recommend Wards of Ashford enough - they are so friendly and helpful but really professional and competent too. I moved my property sale to Wards from another local agent and I was amazed by how different the two experiences were. Wards were so much more proactive and there was a real personal touch. And the best thing…. They sold my house in 1 month in very tough market conditions. (Having been on the market for over 3 months with another agent!) Don’t hesitate- go with Wards! You won’t be disappointed!

Just when I was ready to give up house hunting WARDS of ashford came to the rescue. Keegen mount the sales advisor is highly recommended he spent time to gather information regarding my requirements and set away hunting for me. With limited time due to my work commitments it made it very difficult to arrange viewings but his colleague Romi glover seemed to arrange viewings with ease to suit my schedule and kept me up to date with arranged appointments followed up with Caleb freedooms guidance with house viewings he does his homework on the property’s before hand and had all the answers for the questions I had.
We viewed a few properties and all were very nice but I didn’t get that “ this is the one “ feeling. Then out the blue Keegen rang me one Friday morning saying I think I’ve found the one! It’s got everything…. He wasn’t wrong We got that this is the one feeling on the first viewing and the second.
My overall experience with wards is 5 star and the guidance and advice as a first time buyer was very much needed.

I recently viewed with Wards and was shown around the properties by Charlotte who was so lovely and knowledgeable of the properties. She made the experience feel so positive, especially compared to some other viewing I had with other estate agents on the same day.

I also corresponded a lot with Julia who helped me secure the offer on my soon to be home. Again, she was so friendly and professional and I felt as though she genuinely cared about helping me. She was very quick to respond to all of my queries and was just a very positive and happy person to speak with over the phone and email.
