This hotel is a great choice if you're coming for a short stay in London. Very well located and the staff is super friendly.

We had a problem with our mattress and Jose, the hotel manager, quickly solved it and found us a new room.

Muna was also very kind and stored our bags safely. We were extremely happy and would come back again

It's an easy hotel, so don't anticipate the world's most spacious rooms. But they are clean, secure, quiet, individually heater, have decent bathrooms. You have to ask for a hairdryer and stuff but, for the price, the room is adequate.

What was incredible, is the staff. The lady who greeted us was insanely friendly and informative. Genuinely one of the best check in experiences I've had. The other staff were fantastic in the small interactions I had with them.

Rooms were very small but well worth it for the price. Everything was functional, showers were nice. 24/7 front desk staff helped us with everything and Muna was very kind in assisting us with check-out. If you're looking for a cheap but clean and functional place I highly recommend.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The hotel is perfectly located. The Old Street Underground Station is nearby, so we could reach any destination in a very short amount of time. Nearby are many great restaurants, cafés, and opportunities to run quick errands.
We also used the option to store our luggage between check-out and our flight. We had a great stay and would come again.

Perfect location in old street!!! The room is cosy, it has heating and also a small window in the ceiling that opens by remote control to get more light, the bed is also comfortable. Everything was very clean and they also provide you with the services you need, in our case a hairdryer, ironing board...etc.
The staff is very attentive and pleasant, we felt welcome from the first moment. They also speak several languages so it is easy to communicate.

As two young girls traveling, we felt very safe in this hotel! They lock the front door every night at 11 and you need your key to get in. There are two more key security points before our room. The people at the front desk were very nice and were checking in on us when we came home late and there were some drunk people standing outside the hotel. Room was not huge and bed wasn’t very comfortable but we were barely in the room so it didn’t matter.

Location of the hotel could not be better for exploring London! Bus stop right outside and underground less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are quiet, extremely clean and well stocked with essentials. The staff are super friendly and helpful! Our stay exceeded expectations

The location and staff at this hotel is excellent. We felt very safe all the time with extra security and mindful and aware staff. Only note is that the room is very very small and the bed was pretty tough but when you're having a blast all day it's the least of your worries

I stayed at this hotel recently and the rooms are pretty small but they are very new and clean and the service was amazing. All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. In particular Saad went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. He deserves a raise/ promotion! I received some of the best service here in my lifetime of traveling. The location couldn’t be better: close to the train, buses, grocery stores, and many delicious restaurants and cafes. I look forward to returning next time I’m in London.

Location is amazing, plus accommodated us and our cats in less then 5 hours of booking. Yes the rooms are basic but they allow pets! There’s late night shops and restaurants nearby and if you’re here as a tourist then you’ll not be spending time in your room anyway, and when you get back to your hotel you’ll find a comfy clean bed, 24 hour helpful reception and free Wi-Fi - not sure that you can ask for more

Lovely little room for me and my friend. 24/7 service and a friendly face every time we came in and out. Kept our luggage for us also when checking out. No issues with checking in was very easy!

I have recently stayed at the EastHotel London City Shoreditch and I have to say my stay was fantastic! On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful and always willing to assist with travel plans! The room was very clean and all facilities worked absolutely fine. The shower was nice and hot and the AC was very effective! Overall, I have zero complaints about this hotel and I would defiantly recommend!

Lovely staff who welcomed us out of the rain when we needed it most. They immediately offered us towels to dry ourselves which was very much appreciated. Love the carbon-friendly processes, equipment etc. Will definitely use EasyHotel again in the future over Premier Inn and Holiday Inn due to the price too.

The room was very clean and tidy, staff are incredibly friendly and just a 5 minute walk from Barbican tube line. Would not have a problem with staying here again! Great.

A small, but all new room. The attendants are very nice and helpful (24hs service). Good located to use public transportation, a 24h market and good restaurants/pubs nearby.

Hotel is fine - clean and what you expect from an easy hotel. I was travelling alone so the small room was not an issue but it would be a squeeze for two. I booked a room with a window but the window does not open unfortunately. Special thanks to Eduardo at the front desk who was very kind and for the lovely check in.
