I’ve had a nice time here with my family on Sunday afternoon. The staff working there are amazing especially Michael who served us. Very professional and helpful with any questions we had. Loved the coffee as well as the cake. Next time I’m in the area I will be visiting again.

Great coffee and worth the short wait, service a little slow but it was very busy so we didn't mind. Great cake selection

Haven't been to a Caffè nero in ages. Was worth the wait with a flat white and an iced amaretto. Best thing about this shop is the very comfy seating and great selection of books up on the shelves. And good to see the staff keeping the place clean and tidy!

Was out late with friends and popped in just a few minutes before closing and the barista Sam was supper helpful and fast with the drink. This is all despite me popping in at the last minute he was supper professional and offered excellent service.

Much needed cafe at outlet.
Usual cafe nero stuff.
Somehow I didn't like the coffee(cappuccino) here.

Best thing Nero does is keeping drinking water, thanks for that

The shop was virtually empty which made a refreshing change from the bustle outside in the shopping centre. The cold brew was just the thing for a quick cool pick me up after a warm day out and the staff were also very happy to accommodate my keto friendly order. It's always pleasant to visit this location if I'm in Ashford.

I am a fan of their coffee, but the cakes won me over this time.

Very nice place for coffee, it is comfy and although there is normally a queue the staff are very good and you never have to wait very long. There was no Demerara sugar on my visit, which is what I prefer in coffee as they compliment each other.

My mum was taken very ill in the shop. The manager Sarah and the team were so nice. They really helped her, organising medical assistance and been generally very nice. Thank you so much.

Same old coffee place. In the shopping centre but very busy at all times long queue at the counter and no tables when we got there. Had to wait to sit down.
Would go back again but at a different time perhaps

Only went in for a coffee. But you know what to expect with Caffe Nero. Personally prefer their coffee to their competitors but the staff were welcoming, efficient and friendly. The drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time and of a good quality.

Cannot complain as there is plenty of seating on the inside with hot and cold options for food and drink, as well as sweet and savoury.

A very wet day, and shops had not yet opened so a breakfast sausage bap and a coffee kept me warm and occupied while waiting for the shops. Service was quick, food and coffee were excellent. Atmosphere was not much, due to weather and very few people about as it was early. Will visit again.

Had a delight experience, great food, good price. Children were very happy. Lovely mocha and was happy to see fresh water avaliable as well as bottled sold. So much nicer than Costa.

One of the best coffee shops in the town. The taste is authentic like other stores across London and other cities. I have been using their app for while and it is much easier to use vouchers and find the nearest cafe. I would say they provide one of the best mocha.

You simply cannot beat a coffee in Caffè Nero.

It always taste delicious compared to other coffee shops and the staff always seem happy to serve and nothing seems a problem.

The fact that it was in Ashford too was a bonus as it was the first time I'd visited Ashford shopping village but Nero was the first place I visited.

Cinnamon swirl latte and a slice of Tirisimu all by myself! A little bit of peace and quite. Drink was free too. Staff were super friendly. Cake was yummy. Restaurant was clean.
