I booked a Hilton hotel online via Hilton website and canceled it but I didn't get any refund. I was told by the hotel that my booking was through the third party Saltours and they hold my money, not the hotel. I didn't khnow what's going on. when I called Saltours and they said I need to talk my agent, not Saltours. But The Hilton hotel clearly told me it was through Saltours. How it worked is Saltours changed my credit card and then they paid through their own credit card to Hilton. Hilton refund the money to Saltours because I canceled the booking but Saltours didn't refund the money to me.
