One of the worst travel experience I have had was with G2 travel in London. The quality of the tour guides and accommodation were terrible!!! The accommodation that we were put up at in London had no air conditioning at all for 4 full days. When we reflected the situation to G2 travel on the first day and requested to change our accommodation, not only they were not helpful at all, management avoided contacting us and did not even offer us any apology for the situation that we had to put up with. Bad resolution from G2 Travel. Irresponsible management. Only out to cheat its customers. Worst travel agency. Do not recommend choosing this agency at all. Proceed at your own risk.
