I returned my jacket on a Sunday at 8pm and the duty manager was very kind enough to assist me even though he was busy supervising the tills. He was very efficient, professional and friendly. Well done!

Small, but good range of fresh fruit and veg, bakery - even frozen stuff. Easy to navigate and not usually crowded. Handy location. Accessible by ramp or stairs.

A really lovely lady called Ana helped me today at the self checkout. She was on lunch but she kindly took her time and helped me scan my groceries. Amaizing customer service and a really nice and clean shop!

A lot of moaning minnies seen to be upset over the fact there isn’t much variety.... It’s a smal local store & hasn’t the space to cater for everyone’s selfishness & entitled wants. Well done at the managers “ go to Tesco if you don’t like the store here “
Myself .. Staff brilliant, Service brilliant ..choice is what you expect from the small stores ... Perhaps some of the rude people abusing staff there should go and lick a few dustbin lids or better still don’t forget when they enter stores there to remember to bring their manners & not leave them dropped on the floor outside

Es un excelente Sainsburys... Tiene lo que se necesita y todas las facilidades... Tiene cajero automático y acceso en silla de ruedas aunque es pequeño resalta la variedad de productos y el precio aunque no sea el mejor es accesible para su tamaño, para compras rápidas tiene las cajas automáticas de pago y también siempre hay alguien a la vista por si necesitamos alguna información, como dato adicional es un punto de reciclaje de baterías!!!

Not my usual local sainsbury's but Naveed was very kind to help me locate a couple items. Olivia is really sweet and bubbly and brightened my day at the till too!

Large store I was looking for a vegan cheese but this store didn't have it in stock, the Valentine's Day display looked good. The store was not that busy first visit to the store.

Super lovely staff and the actual shop size is decent - However, the selection and the setup is very poor .
Personal note: I know that Tofu is not something everyone eats on a daily basis - but please just offer it as a healthier option.

Convenient location but very limited selection. The Coop a few minutes away has a much more extensive selection of fresh vegetables, meats, and ready-to-eat meals.

I like Sainsbury's but this one is very disappointing.
It's the nearest one to my work yet I still prefer going to the other one in great suffolk st as in this one the selection of product is very poor (and not just because it's small) and many time there are missing products.
