Despite an initial misunderstanding with the store manager, the service was excellent. Not only did he advise me on how to take extra care of my shoes, he actually went on to polish the pair I was wearing. Great initiative. A store I will be certainly returning to.

Sophie who served me (and has done in the past) is the most helpful and friendly person I have ever dealt with in a high street shop - nothing is too much trouble, she searched high and low for the replacement bootlaces I needed and in the end offered me a free set from her spares box - that is service!
