My mom got her bag stolen in this shop while trying for shoes. She was with my sisters.
I guess we need to be extra careful when shopping in London.
Staffs were really nice and helpful, they even gave my mom discount for such an unfortunate event.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

I was helped by Laura in the store today. She’s such a lovely person who went out of her way to find me multiple shoes to try for my wedding day. Showed me pictures of her wedding day with the same shoes I tried and helped me order shoes to be delivered home too! One shoe I liked wasn’t available in my size so she called Selfridges and found me a pair there !! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for all her hard work.
I should mention I was one of MANY customers she was serving and I still felt completely listened to. Fantastic efficiency and work ethic!

I went in for some shoes for my friends wedding and Megan was so so helpful, she even helped me find a matching bag. she was so patient with my decision making and offered to look at a picture of the dress to help me match the shoes well. Lovely shoes and great service, would definitely recommend
