I tried this pls e for the first time and ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich and I have to say it was one of the best chicken shawarma sandwiches I’ve ever had. The sauce and chicken had so much flavor. The staff was so kind and welcoming too. I think it may have been the owner who noticed a homeless man outside looking at the photos of the food in the window so he went out to ask if he wanted a sandwich and got him one. It was so sweet. I highly recommend this authentic middle eastern spot in a city with so many fake middle eastern places.

I arrived towards closing time and Walid went out of his way to provide me with a chicken shawarma wrap and freshly cooked chips. The food was really tasty and Walid provided me with great service. He is a really kind generous man. Thank you once again Walid.

Today my husband birthday, I went to the restaurant and I ordered food and I asked them to make my food by special way, everything is amazing, I have this table and I love it.

Really like the chicken shawarma here, and the staff all seem like nice people. I’d recommend this place if you’re hungry for some good food 👍🏼

So good that I ordered from Maroush at least once every week for the past 3 weeks now. Generous portion size and really fresh and delicate food. Planning to have the schwarma for lunch again tomorrow.

Top marks across the board! the menu offers a large variety of well cooked dishes. The taste of Lebanese cuisine literally stones throw away from my work. You can not compare, I’m ordering seconds as I type this! Damn good! Freshly baked bread! Class act!

Fantastic, would definitely recommend. Also, there’s not many restaurants in London that close at 12 but they are still there at 2am scrubbing/cleaning the place, when I drove past tonight. Fantastic food. A must visit in the local area.

I’ve never reviewed a restaurant but this one is a straight 5 stars. I have tasted the same food only in 5 stars restaurants in Mayfair costing 200+ for two persons. Starting tomorrow I’m ordering daily to try all your dishes! Please don’t disappoint me.

The batata harra was out of this world. The best I have had ever.
I went there for a quick take away lunch after my exam yesterday. I have been to the maroush on edgeware road many times, love their food. Took their shawarma and because I was extra hungry I added Batata harra too. Best decision. It was perfectly fried, the spices were just right and the garlic sauce was amazing.
Shawarma was ok. Have had better ones from their edgeware road branch.
The service was quick. Staff were nice.

They are open until 12am so a late night weekend munch is what i had on Saturday.

The food is just fantastic, especially the yogurt kafta and the spicy potatoes. Blown away by how good our order was.
