Avoid them!! 2 very rude guys.
I wanted to send Evri parcel.
The younger said its ok.
The rudest in the counter his mouth full of with food!
Shooted! Give me the code!!
Give me the parcel!!
I said i want to print the label in the shop the rudest said we van not printing!!
I showed him the evri app showing that they have a printer.
I want to use personally and manually.
He said I can not use it manually!!!!
I need to give him my phone.
Jesus is very bad experience!!
Never again to this shop.
Evri need to check this place,why we can not use the machine like in another shops.
All machine can accet the qr code and the letters numbers code aswell.
He said NOOO.
AVOID!!
Tesco machine unfortunately was out of service…

Rude staff , do not use as Hermes parcel drop!! Staff shouting behind counter and refusing to speak English. Will definitely not come back here

'Back in 10 mins' is never true, especially during peak lunch time hours. I've waited outside this shop for much longer than that on many occasions and they never return to reopen. I wouldn't waste your time!

Beware of this barbaric and aggressive man at the counter. Stole my parcel as well as it never reached the recipient. Reported to Met police.

The place is a joke. The service is terrible, rude staff up for a fight but most of the time it’s closed during the day with a piece of dirty paper saying ‘back in 10 minutes’. Unprofessional, would not call it a business but a joke.

Shop assistant horrendously rude and claimed he had never received my Hermes parcel in spite of tracking evidence to the contrary, don't understand why Hermes still work with this parcel shop when customers' orders keep getting "lost" (i.e. stolen) and then don't even investigate properly when you complain

Staff are so rude
Shop is disgusting. Health hazard.
Don’t bother getting parcels delivered. They just grunt that their machine isn’t working.
