Bolingbroke Medical Centre

This is a great surgery. It seems in the past it had some issues but things are certainly much improved now. The reception staff are very courteous and Dr Leahy has been very supportive. I've never had to wait more than 24hrs for an appointment.

I would be giving 5 stars to the only person who has been the most helpful since my dad’s care is Ellie she is fantastic and always gone out of her way to help. Ellie has always been kind professional and helpful in comparison to other admin staff at the surgery! If you need help and a genuine kind person ask for Ellie!

I've been with this surgery for more than 45 years, all the doctors are wounderful, kind and very thourough. All receptionist especially Allison and Mary are very friendly and helpful. Susan is always very helpful and nice, my favourite Doctor is Dr DeAlmeida. I highly recommended this surgery to regisyer. Easy to get appointment, available for appointment on the day when i needed. Ellie was exceptionally helpful when I had an admin issue after an appointment. Practice does a great job in my experience.

The receptionists were super polite.
The Gp listened to my problems and offered me the scans that will diagnose my problem.
I have been given hope and that is all one can ask for is hope and dignity when having a medical problem.
So rest assured I am so glad to be part of this practice.

I have been with the practice since 2009/2010 & I feel very grateful that I am. When family and friends speak of having to book an appointment weeks in advance and fight with overly intrusive receptionists, my spouse and I are likely to get an appointment within 24-48 hours but usually on the same day. The receptionists are friendly and professional. The current GPs are approachable and compassionate. With the medically care I have needed, I trust them to treat or refer accordingly and have never felt like a bother. It does feel a bit like the family GP practice I remember visiting when growing up. Highly recommended.

I have always had a really positive experience. I’ve got a phone call and in person appointment the same day as request and the doctors have been incredibly attentive and caring.

Recently moved to the area and have had a couple of interactions including my first appointment today. All really good so far, so thought I'd post a review since I been worried it would be bad based on reviews here.

I have just seen the nurse, she was so very lovely. She worked through my medical needs with professionalism while keeping me totally at ease. In a short space of time she created an atmosphere where i could talk to her as if she was an old friend. Bolingbroke Medical Centre you are so lucky to have her as a member of your staff

Been registered with this surgery for over 30 years. Very good service, easy to book appointments, staff and doctors are very friendly.

There service is amazing. Alison and Mary, They are the best, always delighted to see them. Mary always put a smile on my face while attentive to my needs. A big thank you.

I just seen the nurse today and had excellent care and advice. The nurse was very kind and patient. I am starting to feel so much better.
