I called Joel removals at the last minute on a Sunday and they still provided an excellent service - everything was seamless from start to finish, the driver was extremely helpful, the van was large and clean, contact with customer service was prompt and efficient - I couldn’t recommend them more! I will definitely be using them again!

The team were really excellent - great communication with Dupsy who helped organise the day, and Ben, Aaron and Bashir were incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the two days of packing and moving.

Super friendly & great spirits throughout despite (A LOT) of stairs, also super clear with time & trying to move as quickly as possible. Cannot fault the service provided by Joel Removals. Dupsy was so helpful and communicative during the organisation. Then on the day; Benjamin and Aaron (our moving guys) were utterly incredible!! Arrive promptly and worked tirelessly throughout they day. They were careful and considerate and utterly delightful. Moving is a very stressful thing to do, but having Benjamin and Aaron on the job really helped! Joel Removals is very lucky to have these two guys working for them. I highly recommend this company if you are thinking of moving.

Very professional & responsive service I received from Joel Removals for removing my industrial sewing machine to my new studio. It was extremely quick and the team is very experienced in stabilizing heavy weighted objects. Definitely recommending for business customers too 👍

Very flexible and responsive. Ben and Aaron did the move both times and they work incredibly hard, always with a smile, super polite and they go the extra mile. This company delivers a quality service at a reasonable price. A pleasure to deal with.

Thank you so much. This is the best moving experience I’ve had in London (I’ve done it 4 times!). Benjamin and Aaron arrived on time and immediately got to work, they were resourceful on how to secure everything and even let me ride in the van with them so we could speed up the process on delivery. At the delivery location, they also were incredibly careful with my stuff and were more than happy to carry my stuff up the stairs. Thank you for making such a stressful day seem like a breeze. 10/10

Excellent, so impressed with Ben and Aaron. There was a lot of stuff and nothing was too hard for them. They went out of their way to make the move not so stressful! They really were a blessing!

We highly recommend Joel Removals. We had been let down by another removal company and had experienced rude removal companies in the past. Dupsy was so helpful getting everything booked in and patient with me & a car full of loud kids! Benjamin helped us on the day, he was super friendly and patient having to move the van a lot to let other cars past our storage unit. Will definitely be using them again

Excellent and efficient team - experienced when it came to loading and unloading, knew how to carefully handle antique and delicate furniture. Benjamin and Aaron were great on the day - cheerful, friendly and even helped unscrew and put together some furniture that wouldn’t fit! Also Dupsy was super helpful and organised when it came to payment and booking - would 100% recommend and will be using again!

I am so so happy with the service this company provided. Joel went above and beyond, I'd mentioned in booking that assistance in loading and unloading wouldn't be necessary but he took it upon himself to ensure everything was handled carefully and quickly. So chatty and friendly, an unforgettable character, and I hope he realises how much his happiness spreads. I would book this service again in a heartbeat should I need more stuff moving, it was great value for money and Duspy handled booking brilliantly and responded very quickly each time I messaged.

I used Joel Removals to move across South London. Dupsy was great over Whatsapp, clarifying the quote details, enabling me to easily organise the moving date and time and provide info and deposit in good time. Then on the day, Joel himself was friendly and efficient and ensured we loaded the van as quickly and safely as possible. He allowed me and a friend who was helping to sit in the cab with him to get to the new destination so that we wouldn't have to get taxis, and then helped us unload the van and bring awkward furniture up stairs with ease - I've never seen someone manoeuvre a desk around a twisty narrow stairs so impressively! A true professional, great service all round.
