London Secret Garden

Dev one of the server was very friendly and humble in serving us. It was raining and he gave us the umbrellas. Once i ordered the foods, i wad akhing him to find tea light candles and he found it and make the ambiance inside the dome was very beautiful. The food was delicious and the price just right. we suggest to add more varied meals in the upcoming menu.

We had a lovely afternoon tea in the garden pod thanks to the precious help of Arun 👍 We did appreciate the helpful and kind service 💯 We got recommended a delightful tea, among others amazing ones 🍵 which are unlimited and included. We enjoyed the place and the food. Scones were especially great. Ambiance was cocooned and calm, perfect after a long day in museums nearby. Worth it!

Awesome place, we had never tried an outdoor pod before. Our server Sachin was so nice and welcoming, and got us a nice pod outside. food was excellent, service was fast, friendly and courteous.

My family and I came for a Christmas afternoon tea - we had a really great time. All the food was delicious and it was very fun to be in the bubble. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Abhi and Sachin. Saakshi took excellent care of us, she was incredibly kind and did everything to make our lunch absolutely lovely. It was a really cute experience and a perfect way to spend Christmas day together.

This place was amazing I had I lovey time with my family for my mums birthday and they were all very friendly and attentive to all of us.Our server was Mehment he was very kind and helpful serving us great server. The food was amazing we had the farmers grill menu and which was great the food tasted amazing as well as the drinks were great too. would recommend 10/10. Great service.

Sachin is a good waiter with good service. I had a great time there. The dome is good for taking pictures. It’s also a good option Christmas Day.

I'd like to thank our waiter, Usman, for going above and beyond in making our experience truly memorable. From the moment we were seated until the end of our afternoon tea, his attention to detail and impeccable service stood out. Usman was not only efficient in taking our orders and delivering it promptly, but he also took the time to engage with us, ensuring that we felt welcomed and valued as guests. His friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for his work created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's evident that he takes pride in his role and he's dedicated to providing exceptional service. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and grateful for such a delightful experience, thanks to our outstanding waiter.

We were served today by Saakshi who was as kind as professional. I rarely rate services after having been to a place where I just stay for 1/1h30 but this time I really wanted to take the time to thank her for the great time we just experienced. She was lovely to us and her way of serving was just perfect!
It is with big pleasure that we will come back to this place another time when we will visit London again!

We were initially hesitant about our afternoon tea at the London Secret Garden due to some negative reviews, but our experience completely defied expectations. The waiter was incredibly nice and friendly, adding a delightful touch to our visit. The food surpassed our expectations, and the overall atmosphere, complemented by the charming garden and domes, created a truly excellent ambiance. A hidden gem that turned out to be a delightful afternoon escape!

Had a lovely afternoon tea in one of the domes in the garden. The dome also had air-conditioning which on the warmer weather days is very useful. The cake selection was varied and good quality. The service was exceptional. Chris our waiter also sang happy birthday to me, you can note if its for a special occasion so they can make it extra special.

We were fortunate enough to try the new Japanese inspired menu. The service was attentive and food was plentiful and delicious. Usman, our server, catered to our every need. I especially loved the coconut panna cotta. It is probably the best I ever had. We were offered complimentary drinks and even had a parting treat. The garden was so pretty at night and everything about it was delightful. I would do it again. Also great value for the price. The menu, management and service have clearly been revamped for the better.

Such a lovely experience for a special Mother’s Day with the family visiting from overseas. The team made every effort and the food was absolutely delicious, so flavoursome - complements to the chief. A big thank you to Ehsan and the whole team that looked after us. The domes/igloos are a unique experience.

Exceptional tea service in a private clear dome, with plenty of seating and heaters, on a patch of turf surrounded by trees. Magical experience!!

Great afternoon tea experience in London secret garden domes. Each dome can sit around 6 people and we had a dome to ourselves, the two of us. They are very popular and need booking in advance. Great selection of sandwiches and nibbles and the scones. Great services as expected. Set inside the gardens of the Double Tree hotel which is part of Hilton. Would recommend

Had a great time here experiencing the Afternoon Tea pods via Virgin Experience days. Food was nice and so was the service. We didn’t feel rushed either and took our own time in eating and preparing to leave. Very good.

We came for my partner's birthday, Saakshi was not only lovely but also very accommodating and when finding out it was my partner's birthday gave us a treat on the house. The food was delicious and the secret garden was so quiet and it was an amazing overall experience.

Booked for afternoon tea for 2. And what a fantastic experience it was. Rita the desk Clark was wonderful very helpful and made our experience enjoyable. The staff were all extremely polite and tentative. Thank you secret garden for a lovely evening.

We went there for afternoon tea for my sister’s birthday. The food and the tea were great for such a reasonable price. They even brought us birthday cake for surprise! Thank you Saakshi for treating us well, for coming back frequently and checking up on us. (Not to mention the great photos!) We had a wonderful time. Will definitely return!

I had my birthday party last night at this perfect dome ,it looked something different for me so I wanted to make sure me and my friends will have a good experience. I just couldn’t make a better choice. The place is amazing, the food is tasty, everyone left empty plates and the price is acceptable. I really wanna say Thanke you to the staff , they made me feel welcome and they wanted to make sure we are happy ! Thanke you so much . I would likely recommend this place if you looking for an unforgettable experience!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a pleasant and unforgettable experience of British afternoon tea time here. The food, service, and the atmosphere were all great. Shakshi's warm service was also quite impressive.
