Well located, friendly staff easy to drive up to and collect larger items from.

Bought a charger cable for my Garmin watch. Service fast and efficient.

I think the staff are excellent here and a lot of the negative reviews are very unfair. I shop/collect from here regularly and I am always met with helpful, polite staff. They apologise if you have to wait.

Favourite shop especially you can buy now pay later regardless price maybe higher than other retailers but you have option to pay later which nery helpful these days .

Friendly staff and a very easy to access store (is on the ground floor and immediately after arriving at the entrance). Second time I've used the store for a click and collect order and once again it was quick and smooth. Highly recommended.

I have always loved this long established company. Now that most of their stores are located in Sainsbury's supermarkets and pickups available also at Sainsbury's local stores, it just means it's even more convenience with the same good service. Great range of products.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting my experience to be as smooth as it was but I was wrong. I promised the manager I'd make sure I write a review so here goes. I purchased a TV back in March,(early covid 19) I ordered it and picked it up from Argos Cromwell, I got home, set it up only to realise it was faulty so I tried taking it back to the same store for an exchange but I was told that they weren't accepting refunds or exchanges till after stores re-open. I was super upset because not only had I spent a lot of money for this tv, I was also left with a faulty tv. I called customer service and explained what had happened so I was assure that the store would provide me with a new one. 6 weeks later I saw that Argos was accepting refunds and exchanges so I went to the store again and spoke to Foyjul (Manager). he ordered me a new one and told me to pick it up the next day while returning the faulty one. He even let me check the new one to see if it wain good condition. it was good and I am a happy customer,.
