I've had an excellent experience with these guys. My driver, Tipu Sultan, arrived on time and his van was clean and tidy. He was very polite and communicated with me effectively as we were moving my stuff to two different locations. He was also great with giving advice on how to load my items in the most effective way and order. I chose the service where I load everything myself with the help of my brother in law, so my driver could have chose to just sit in his seat whilst we got on with it, but he was kind enough to make suggestions whilst we did the loading and unloading. Additionally, some of the wood from my dismantled wardrobes still had some fixings such as screws protruding out of them. I didn't want to remove these and luckily my driver, Tipu Sultan, was very quick thinking and suggested the solution of using some flat cardboard pieces (which he had available in his van) in between each wardrobe piece to prevent the wood from being scratched during transit. Had it not been for his recommendation, my furniture would likely have been scratched.

I would definitely recommend these guys for removals, especially if the driver is as awesome as the one I had.

Last minute the booked removals didn't turn up so I called and booked AFS for their urgent service. Booked in for the same day, a Sunday late afternoon. Great job within the three hour time slot. Polite and efficient. I would highly recommend the company. Excellent.

I had booked AFS removals a few days before I had to move from my flat, on moving day, I had to push my pick up time forward as I was running late, this wasn’t a problem for them which made it so much easier for me.
There was great communication from start to finish and the guys were very professional.

These guys helped me to move in a fast and very efficient way. They basically helped me to transfer things from my old house to the van and also helped me to put everything in my new flat. We had an incredible experience with Nias and Hasan (not sure if I got the spelling that right). We had a big emergency same-day removals job (old tenant left tons of furnishings, housewares, etc) and they arrived and took care of it right away. They were super methodical but also very nice to be around. Can’t recommend AFS enough!

The necessity for removals can often be a stressful time in life, as it was for me. But the professionalism from booking, to the driver and service was perfect. Communication was fast throughout and the pricing is very fair. All staff helped make this a smooth and easy process.

Before the move, Ali was accommodating with date changes and was always available to respond to questions.
On the day of the move the 2 men who moved us worked incredibly hard. They wouldn’t even stop for a cuppa until they had finished.

I had another driver cancel last minute and needed a last minute arrangement and these guys killed it. The response time was great and gave me a 3 hour estimate and they did exactly that! We moved from a studio so it wasn’t a lot of things but still great help from the driver Niaz who worked until almost 10 to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend- plus they have an excellent truck that would fit most move sizes.

I recently had a moving service from them in the first week of september . The whole process from the time of booking till moving my stuff was handled very smoothly. The man and van service came on time and both the professional man handled my boxes with care and perfection. Overall my experience was satisfying and amazing. The price quotation which was given to me cant be found all over UK. It was that affordable for the work. Look forward to use their services in future.

AFS removals gave me an amazing service. I had to find a moving company on a Sunday morning, very last minute and for a long distance move, they answered my call immediately and within 2 hours they were at my door. Very professional and good communication, they were also able to re-assemble all the furniture quickly. They saved the day. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience with AFS removals today. They have been extremely accommodative in planning my house move at a really short notice.
