Vet4life - Surbiton

I would like to highly recommend Vet4life, my pet was in their hands for the last 3 years and I have to say that they were very professional at all times. Unfortunately my pet passed away a few days ago and they sent me a letter signed by the entire staff giving me their condolences. I really appreciate this act as it shows how much you are empathetic in this very difficult time for us. Thank you so much guys! ❤🌈

I moved my 2 year old dog Nova to vets4life Surbiton back at the end of 2023. My dog had her booster vaccine today with Vet Lily. Lily was absolutely brilliant with her, she took loads of time to try and gain Nova's confidence ( Nova is a little nervous of new people). She made the experience so much easier, so much better than the vets I was with previously!
The family plan is really well worth doing too.

Best vets I've ever had, I had 2 other vets previously and had issues with both but since I found Vet4life everything has been great. They are super friendly and very thorough and efficient, my dog loves everyone there. We have their health plan which is completely worth paying.
I have recommended them to my friend and she says they are the best also.

Honestly can't complain with the any part of the service they have provided, ever. From ease of booking, to making sure the whole process moves smoothly, and picking timings or options that fit my budget etc.
A side note is Jenny is especially amazing. Always leaves me feeling confident with our decisions going forward, explains everything in a very clear and precise way.

Absolutely fantastic, wouldn’t take my Tilly anywhere else. Lilly was wonderful with her when she had her boosters and health check on Friday. She was extremely nervous but Lilly spent time giving treats and reassuring her and spoke calmly and reassuringly to her.

She reassured me that she was so well behaved when she had her jabs and didn’t cry. Which I was so relieved to hear as tilly had
screamed and cried in the past.

I felt so comfortable and was given all the information I needed when I collected her flea and worming medication too. Family plan subscription is the way forward.

Everyone here is super lovely and always deal so well with my cats. They're great for a bit of advice over the phone too. Can't fault them at all!

Have been with them for nearly a year for regular check ups with my cat. The team are so friendly and clearly care about all the animals they look after. I would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this veterinary practice. They put the animals first and really look after your pets. After my dog got a grass seed in his paw they made me feel really reassured that Roofus was in safe hands and I felt comfortable leaving him for his minor op to get it removed. Not only the nurses took the time to explain the procedure in detail the receptionist staff were amazing. I like the fact that the staff are a close-nit team and everyone that works there really cares about animals.I can 100% recommend vets4life

We visited Vet4life to have annual inoculations for Elsie and for George to receive his skin allergy injection. As always, the receptionists were friendly, polite and professional and very welcoming. Lily, as with all the other vets is amazing. So personable, knowledgable and understanding. We always feel reassured following a visit and often leave with some newly gained knowledge or a top tip. It is a delight to visit the practice and our dogs love to come too because of the fuss made of them. Brilliant as always.

Great vet team. Great service, knowledgeable and caring. Able to get a same-day urgent appointment when needed. And my little princess loves going there!

When Teddy was very ill we had an emergency appointment, and now they are our vets for life!! Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended getting The Family Plan, as so much comes included with that! It's always calm atmosphere and very clean at Vets4Life in Surbiton. Her professional love and patience made all the difference in creating a positive and nurturing environment for her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled veterinarian.

Friendly and caring staff. A pleasant environment. Whilst not the most pleasant experience having jabs and treatment, the practice does all it can to help keep fur babies calm and comfortable.

The team at Vet 4 Life are superb. My dog has had fantastic treatment here. She needed emergency treatment late on a Saturday afternoon and the team, from Luke on reception to the nurses and Lily the vet, were great with both my dog and with me. A huge thank you because I know it was late and you made me feel that nothing was too much trouble and that everything was going to be ok. She was in the best possible hands, thank you.

We have been coming here for the past year for our newly adopted family dog. We are on the family plan and have been able to arrange appointments as we need, and see some great doctors who have been insightful, flexible and compassionate to our senior dog's needs. If an appt seems to be an emergency, they will call us and ask us to come in earlier. I have not had any issues with them and appreciate their constant support and care.

The Vet was great. Patient with my full on Labrador, thorough and efficient. Receptionist was friendly. Waiting area is clean and airy, nice atmosphere. A phone call from the practice a few days after I'd booked an appointment, to check on how my dog was. It's a great Vet practice. We moved both our pets from another more local practice to Vet4Life. I recommend them, best Vet practice and experience we've been registered with (& we've been with 5 different ones over the last 20 years).
