Very friendly and nice staff here who give you a smile and are ready to help when you need. Fair price and a reasonable range of products. Opens till 10 pm on most days when others are closed.

Has so many variety of groceries at a reasonable price, especially when compared to Waitrose down the road. Very handy to have locally.

Had an absolute meltdown trying to shop with my baby today. The lady on the self checkout was beyond helpful. She saw I was with my baby and stuggling and straight away saved me.
She also took over the checkout for me as it really wasn’t going to plan with a screaming baby going nuts while strapped to me. She then sped off to take the safety cap off the baby formula for me…. In doing so broke her nail. This girl needs a raise (and a new nail now too 😩) she went above and beyond and was the only person to recognise I was having a melt down and needed a hand. Thanks Zuzanna

Really great prices, always have amazing deals. Their meat and fish selection is really great especially! Also noticed they are doing a lot of reduced plastic packaging as well which is great 🌱

Don't park your vehicle while It's closed , even if parking is free for customers. You will get a parking ticket.

excellent store. the only times it can be busy are when its closing on Sunday afternoon. other times its very calm in hrere. fruit and veg is excellent and similar to lidl and aldi in price they could have more tills instead of self-checkout. there is a toilet with disabled facilities near the entrance.

Not going to compliment the store but the young man who helped an elderly blind man today on to the k1, very young man, didn’t catch his name but this is what we like to see, well done to who ever you are! I work in retail too, and I only have one things to say, keep on being you!

Large local convenience supermarket including toilets

In this branch I find the staff very helpful, they will go out of their way to help, even going to check in the storeroom AND, most are very knowledgeable as to where items are within store. It makes the chore of shopping more bearable
I think the manager must be good. As usually in any business, a good manager produces good staff.

On Sat. 13th Aug. I visited Sainsbury's in Surbiton. It was around 7.30pm and the shop was quiet so all the tills were closed only the Self Service open. I had a trolley full and one of the girls opened a till especially for me.
I thought that was going beyond the call of her duty. Very Very kind of her.

Very near ro surbiton train station

Has all the basic everyday groceries and more. I have been surprised a few times with their ability to add new items quickly. They do keep rearranging things though, which might become slightly annoying.
