Quiet, relaxed and no pressure to rush off as soon as you've finished your coffee. Lovely place to shelter from the weather for an hour. Nice coffee too.

Comfortable seats, warm atmosphere, soothing music, good coffee and fresh juice - great way to utilise few hours while waiting to pick up our son from his rehearsal.

A perfect place to stap back in time a couple of decades.
Beautiful interior really what you are looking for.

Got a Milano hot chocolate with some strop waffles and forgot that the whipped cream prevents the steam from reaching my waffle when I place it on top of the cup. Still, both the hot chocolate and the waffles are great and the peaceful ambience of the cafe is great for a nice afternoon snack+ catch up

Very impressed with manager there, impeccable services and attention to every single details. He also clears tables. He always serves customers with a smile even when there is a mile long queue… well done!

I've been in this big corner Caffe Nero branch a good few times but not recently, I must admit...what with Covid-19 restrictions and lockdowns, we haven't been into London for a few years.

This Caffe Nero branch is a good staging point for Covent Garden and The London Transport Museum and we enjoyed an almond croissant and an Americano with cold milk each and sat talking and people-watching whilst we enjoyed a break.

Service...good and swift. Coffee and food great. A definite 5-star visit.....

I had an outstanding service by morgan, the manager of the store was super friendly. I would defenetly recommend the morning atmosphere to a friend as its just perfect to get some work done.

Loved the atmosphere. Based in one of the old houses, part of London's history. Close to Covent Garden.

Meet a friend for a quick chat that developed into a 2 hour conversation.
Time flew and I had no idea we had been there that long.
2 hours occupying sats with just the one coffee each, yet there was no hinting from staff to clear the table for someone else.
Will definitely return, for a litt shorter next time though.

To me best coffee in London, now you can even buy capsules compatible with Nespresso machines, very attentive personnel, normal prices, very well located and very comfortable inside.
One trainee barista in concrete is always smiling... she deserves a raise
