Vet4Life - Teddington

Wonderful vets, extremely caring staff and they take their time no big rush. We brought our guinea pig baxter Roy to be neutered and from the first appointment to now they have been wonderful. They even took the time to call today to see how he was getting on. Thank you for looking after our little guy

I just want to say how great the staff were at the practice yesterday. I had to take my cat down there and unfortunately she had to be put down. The vet was very good giving all the information I needed to know, explaining fully. Despite the outcome I can fully say they handled the situation extremely well. Very professional

A great veterinary practice. I have used this practice for over 9 years. Always experience a calm and helpful response to my call, which this time I really needed as I was very concerned. We were able to book the appointment and then greeted with warmth and care. During the examination of Mojo the lovey vet explained what was going on. What treatment was needed and a next day follow up appointment was made in case it was needed. Luckily Mojo is back to his cheeky self which is such a relief. Thank you Vets 4 life.

Really lovely vets- friendly and expert care and really kind reception staff. Great location and always able to get an appointment quickly!

I use the V4L family plan for the past 18mths with them. We visit them often for various consultations and injuries for our 10 year old rescue dog. They are always helpful and efficient and we have never had any problems with getting an appointment, or medication from them.

When a procedure needs to be done, I always ask for the options available to fix the issue/illness, pros and cons, and prices and decide for myself what works or what doesn't.

I found them to be very good and addressing my concerns and finding a good resolution. When we had to do a procedure, they sent off my reimbursement claim to PetPlan directly so I didn't have to do it myself. Very happy with their service and attention and did not experience any of the negative issues mentioned by others.

Being a new dog owner. I was a little anxious and unsure of the treatment required and or questions to ask. However from beginning to now I was fully informed of treatment plan, costs, before and after requirements by the friendly Staff. The Nurses were very informative and caring when I dropped off and collected my dog answering all my questions and the courtesy call from the Vet letting me know how things went was an added bonus and gave me the confidence I needed in selecting Vet4life caring for my Pet.

Impeccable experience with Vet4Life in Teddington and in Surbiton. From a lovely receptionist giving advice and booking an appointment, through to a thorough and friendly appointment with my cat - it was all faultless. My cat is very nervous and was quite distressed by the time we got to the vet but she was given time to relax and calm down before being examined. The vet was so helpful and provided lots of advice and even offered that I could email a photo of the cleaner I am using to make sure it is the best option for my pet. I felt listened to and that we had all the time we needed. I love this vet practice so much!

Quite simply the best vets we have ever been to. All the staff seem genuinely interested in every animal that comes through the door. We attended puppy school which was great and run by enthusiastic, dog loving staff. Our dog cannot pass without dragging us in for a cuddle and a treat and we are always warmly welcomed. We had our puppy neutered recently and the after care was brilliant; it's great knowing they are only a phone call away, and that Ian is always happy to pop out and have a chat if you're worried about anything. Can't recommend highly enough.

Moving to another country can be and has been very stressful, especially with pets. Our cat went missing for two weeks so I reached out to our new local vet for advice. The receptionist was very kind and guided me along the right things to do. Pusspuss was found! Next obstacle a few months later was the challenge of going on vacation. Again Ver4Life came to the rescue. Jimmy offered to come see our pets twice a day and made sure they got F&B and lots of love. We received pictures and videos every day to reassure us that our fuzzy friends were happy and well taken care of.

Amazing experience. Had an emergency with my dog where she ate a raisin and I called and they saw her straight away. They were so friendly and attentive for my pup cant thank you enough!

We have recently become owners of a stray cat who had a considerable number of health issues, both small and some absolutely not so small. The entire team at Vet4Life have been amazingly kind, patient and caring during this interesting time. Our cat is restored to health, and I congratulate the team for the level of care and attention they afford him. I like the atmosphere at the surgery and the fact that they have bright, spacious state of the art facilities just, well, makes the difference. I have no hesitation in recommending Vet4Life!

Wonderful, and very kind --- as well as efficient --- people, the medical staff and the receptionists. Only came to the practise when my little cat became ill (and sadly passed away). There always was an appointment available, and a lovely smile to welcome you going through the door. This practice was recommended by several friends, and I can see why they did.

I had my 1yr old dog castrsated here. The care was exemplary. The price was not only competitive but also very straight forward.. just one fee for the procedure, all drugs and follow up checks.. including a check 1 month later to ensure he isn’t putting on too much weight. It’s very re-assuring to know there is a vets who care so much for you and your pet.

This is a fantastic practice and Lily is a brilliant vet - if you're looking for one, look no further.

I have a 12 year flatcoat, who is unfortunately terrified of the vets - truly terrified. When he fell ill recently, Lily & the rest of the staff were amazing, saving his life & making sure i could take him home that day. Now he's on the mend, Lily even comes to see him in our car to avoid stressing him out!

I've had dogs my whole life, so I've dealt with lots of vets, Lily is, without doubt, the best I've encountered. The whole team are also very good at dealing with the stressed out humans that arrive at their practice (thank you!) We've definitely found our Vet 4 Life.

An excellent practice where the staff genuinely care and their determination, patience and kindness saved the life of my baby tortoise when some specialists recommended she be euthanised. They went well over and beyond the extra mile, coming in specially to treat her on a Sunday and even took her home with them when we went on holiday in the middle of her treatment so she could keep getting the special care she needed. Over the course of a month of daily treatments (including going in on Sundays!), they were cheerful, kind and nothing was too much bother. Our tortoise is now well on the road to recovery and we hope she will have a very full and active further 80 years of life, thanks to them.

I can't recommend them highly enough. A special thank you to Sarah and Ian for their diligence in finding the right treatment and caring for her.

I am a rescued cross-breed dog who has recently moved to the area. Going to the vet is not the most fun activity for a dog, but when I was checking out the local vets with my human we found this one, so we went in to enquire and see how it felt... The welcome was fantastic: smiles, helpfulness and great customer service by manager Emma. We booked an appointment and my first consultation with Vet Su was very good: Informative, nice, professional. Very pleased to have found such a nice vet practice in the neighbourhood.

Always nice both on the phone and in the surgery. They have been looking after our dog for a few years and now our 3 kittens. Our nearest vet is a couple of roads away, but I'd rather travel a bit further for their treatment.
