ok ok ive read all the reviews and here's what i have to say 1.the staff have always been nice to me (i am 17) and never rude ive been going here since about 2017. 2.ofcorse its gonna be expensive its a CONVIENCE store its convenient so the price is defo gonna be higher that Tesco or lidl

Update since I wrote this review the shop is still good. Inflation hasn’t been awful there. I would still recommend them.

Lovely store, everything you need and has a pharmacy at the back. The store is well stocked with products.

Pricing is a little expensive for what it is but the people are extremely friendly and always serve me quickly with a smile, good selection of alcohol and vapes.

I use it mostly for the pharmacy which is excellent. However the convenience store has a good selection of products at sensible prices.

open till 10 on a sunday. yeesssssss

Won't ever be returning. Tried to drop off a parcel and the guy behind the counter wouldn't take it and told me to arrange home collection instead. Why offer drop off if you cbf accepting them? Also the shop is a mess and needs a good scrub. Used to like you guys but won't be returning

I had arranged for a package to be delivered to Londis, so I stopped by to collect it on my way to work early one afternoon. I arrived before two other customers, had my ID and order info ready. When I stated to the man behind the counter that I was picking up a parcel, he unacknowledged me and served the other two customers behind me!

When he eventually served me albeit 5 mins later, he was not very customer friendly and didn't make any eye contact with me at all. Also I had to clearly state my address to him 3 times before he repeated it back to me reading it off the parcel.

If I make the same arrangement again I will definitely allow more time, not worth being late for work over!

I attempted to return four small items to Amazon using the Hermes service. Very small items, including children’s eye glasses. The guy behind the counter starting shouting at me. He was ever so rude and asked me how I couldn’t see that they had enough packages already (?). Ever so embarrassing for me. He yelled for two minutes straight. I believe it was because I was a woman and I was alone. If I were a guy or had a guy with me, I doubt he would have unleashed his anger in this way. I launched an official complaint with Amazon and they are investigating the situation. I will never shop here again.

If I could give no stars, I would. Worst staff in the world, customer service appallingly bad, shop barely have anything to offer at a reasonable price. Worst of all the shop is dirty and unorganised. Won’t be coming here again.

Fuming, Stanley road Londis just tried to charge me £15 for a £7 bottle of Garnier sun protection cream for my toddler. Not the first time they have basically robbed me. I paid double for infacol for my baby which I had to get when everyone else nearby was closed. Happy Easter Sunday rip off merchants.
