Alpha Veterinary Surgery

My 8 year old lab Rolo had his yearly injections today we were greeted by the receptionist who very politely talked with us.
Rolo was called in by the vet on time and he was very pleased to see the vet he remembers her from a time before that she cared for him, Rolo adores her and all the other staff members at the practice they always take such good care of him and he always looks forward to a cheeky little treat or 2 they give him too.

Alpha Vets of Teddington are a caring kind helpful vets with a very good standard of care .My beloved ginger cat Bertie passed away recently after 17 and a half years .Sadly he had been unwell in the last 4 years, but Alpha vets helped him over the years to have a longer life He used to whine like mad about going to the vets, and when he got there. Alpha were so patient with him When he was in the vets room he really loved the vets ,and was always purring when he came out They were so good at handling him As a ginger tom cat he was usually a gentle cat ,but had a feisty temper on him .Alpha vets were great with him .Thank you for all the kind care of Bertie over the years ,and for being so helpful when he passed away. I thoroughly recommend Alpha vets .

Olive had her hysterectomy today and was very well looked after. I am new to Alpha but very happy with service.

Darren and the team are lovely, friendly and happy to listen to all my concerns / anxiety. After texting with my concern on Friday I brought my lizard in the following Wednesday. We've had a thorough exam, x-ray, antibiotics and blood tests, and a good plan to get Ozzie better. Very happy, especially when reptile vets are hard to find!

Each visit is a pleasure to go you get an appointment on the day I've had a couple of grass seed emergencies on a Saturday not a problem they really are fantastic

Excellent vets. We have had them for 2 German Shepherds and they've been wonderful. Highly recommended .

Just joined this practice as was unhappy with my former one. So pleased I did!
The practice waiting room is large, bright and spotless and there was no smell of chemicals like formaldehyde. Alice the vet I saw today was clearly highly experienced and listened carefully to all my concerns and answered all of my (many!) questions. I didn’t feel rushed or patronised and I was able to make an informed decision about my cat’s care moving forward. Highly recommend and feel relieved to have found such a high level of care for my cat.

We are registered here but have not had to take our dog in as an emergency before. The vet today was amazing and carried out an emergency investigation under anaesthetic promptly. The consultations before and after were really helpful and clear. Thank you so much.

I have an elderly hamster, Gus, who has become quite unwell. Today I was fortunate to be able to get a last minute appointment. I spoke with Kiri on the phone who was polite and reassuring, and when I got to the vets I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Gus saw Alice today who was brilliant. Alice was kind and very knowledgeable, she provided some excellent tips for administering Gus' medication and gave a realistic outlook. I just want to say thankyou for taking the time to see him so we can make him as comfortable as possible and for being so kind.

Olga and staff was so good with my Gracie and done so much more then getting grass seed out myself and Marshall will be forever Gracie. X

Recently moved our Cats to Alpha Vets from another practice. Very efficient reception team, and a warm and knowledgeable approach from the Veterinary Lead. A complete contrast to the chaos of my previous vet.

Staff members are very kind. I brought a stray bunny to them when they were closing and they still gave me some hay and instructions on how to care for it. Thank you so much .😁😁

Everyone at Alpha vets is welcoming, polite, compassionate and helpful. We have been coming to this practice since 1992 and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Olga is just brilliant. She’s been so helpful when our cat has been poorly. Recently she’s gone above and beyond in helping me research home cooked food that I can prepare for my cat as she’s gone off the prescription cat food. The whole team at Alpha Vets Teddington are so friendly and show great love and attention to all the pets coming through the door!

I've had a couple of great experiences here. Love the staff who work here. I've found them sympathetic, caring & most of all animal loving. Aside from the times I & my neighbour have used them professionally, I've heard great stories about them rescuing and looking after abandoned and lost animals, cats, dogs and birds, reuniting them with their owners or rehousing them. Often keeping them in their own homes until new homes are found. Great local service, wholeheartedly recommend.

Our kitties have been registered with Alpha Veterinary Surgery for almost 10 years and we have never been happier. The team are incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, supportive and friendly.
They are thorough when explaining the treatment each individual cat is receiving and provide loads of reassurance to help the cats feel more relaxed.

Unfortunately we lost one of our kitties in April. The support, patience and care we received was out of this world! I know Alice did everything she could to treat our precious kitty and try get her through but the right decision was made to have the kitty move on to rainbow bridge. I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done, and continue to do for our fur children. You are the best!

I have unfortunately had to take my guinea pigs to the vets multiple times due to recurring illnesses. Olga and her team have gone above and beyond to make we feel welcome and have taken excellent care of both my boys. When one of my guinea pigs had some complications after surgery there was no hesitation about keeping him in for observations and he is now on the mend getting better by the day! I will be forever greatful to the team and what they have done!!! ❤

Coming here is not just getting a check up or giving your beloved pet some pills, this practice care. They will do everything they can to support you and your family during a Pet's illness or death.
I cannot recommend them more, truly kind and caring Practice that genuinely adore all animals.
They've looked after our cats and hamsters over the years, always being gentle and exploring all options.
We even received two cards for each cat we sadly lost- but thanks to Alpha they both lived to 18/19 years.

We have 5 cats of various ages, shapes and sizes, and have been using Alpha vets for many years. We always receive great professional service from all the staff. When we had our beloved elderly cat put to sleep recently it was done in a very sensitive and peaceful manner by Felisa and Claire which was very important to us and made the whole process much easier to bear, thank you.
