Marine at this branch was so helpful today. Went above and beyond to help with my query, and sits in stark contrast to the disappointing service I’ve experienced at other branches.

Short wait for a fraud report, but when I got to Gerri she was fast, friendly and effocient. Then got on the fraud phone line as directed and my money was refunded. Excellent!!

Seems not enough staffs so will need to wait for a bit. But very friendly and helpful.

Find bank excellent staff nice and helpfull covid alert,why change from Visa to Mastercard when they are banned in India with American express oh well will have to see what happens 😀💰🤑🇬🇧
