Streatham Park Surgery

My wife tells me - she went recently - that the culture seems very positive with a can-do attitude. She particularly commented on the front of house staff being polite and smiley. I know this is a hard thing to achieve, so we’ll done and thank you. (Of course I can’t comment on other poster’s experiences)

Good service and prompt. Helpful Doctors and good range of support. Still using them v good. Phone needs better management but service is still excellent. There are apps that allow you to manage appointments on the android and ios platform. Takes a few minutes to set-up.

I have used this surgery for years and cannot fault the service they provide.
Only on very rare occasions have I not got an appointment on the same day.
They have always been extremely thorough and I have never had to wait long for any referrals to the hospital.

The reception staff have changed over the last couple of years,not as friendly as before but cannot fault the doctors.

Have recommended a friend to use this surgery & would do so again.

I would never want to move from this area ..simply because this is the best doctors surgery I've ever had..Docs and receptionists are all amazing and really caring!
