I recently visited this Conner shop cause it’s near my house with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience left me deeply disappointed. I felt compelled to share my encounter to raise awareness and encourage improvements.

Firstly, I was disheartened to witness instances of what I perceived as racist behavior from some of the shop's employees. Especially the skinny employee that wears a jacket because he’s actually so rude and racist to me and that black peoples I always want to buy something on the shop or top up my zip card but he speak me rudely and he has bad service. Because one time I buy drink in the shop and I was trying to pay with my credit card and he said me minimum is £3 and I buy something else so my total cost can be £3 so I can pay with my card and I left the shop and another day my friend buy the same drink I bought the other day which is £1 and he didn’t even say to my friend that minimum is £3 for card she just pay just £1 on her and I was really confused and shocked btw my friend is white but the owner is actually really nice and friendly.

RACIST WORKER. i go to this shop often as it is my local shop, one night i went this worker told me the minimum card spend is now £3 the next couple days when i went back and was served by other workers there was no mention of a card minimum and i paid for items as little as £1 on card. today i went to the shop again i was served and paid by card about an hour later i went back to buy a drink but this time the RACIST worker was there told me the card machine wasn’t working. there are multiple workers that serve in that shop but there is one obvious RACIST that works there

Breaking the law putting a minimum spend on card transactions!
Place is also a dump!
