Loved staying here! Everyone was super friendly and the woman in the reception was amazing. Im not even exaggerating when I say that I haven’t slept that well in months - bed was super comfy. Lovely location just next to Hyde Park which was perfect for my afternoon walks.

Just a stone's throw from Kensington Palace & the Royal Albert Hall, the Baglioni Hotel London has been welcoming guests behind its Victorian façade since 2004. Thanks to its location the five star boutique hotel is a popular base for high-profile performers. As a member of the Leading Hotels of the World the hotel is operated by the Mexican The Palace Company, 100% owner of Baglioni Hotels & Resorts since 2023. The interior design with golden black & gray colour tones was created by the Milan-based architects Spagnulo&Partners. The hotel has only 67 rooms & suites, either facing Hyde Park, the streets of Kensington or the inner courtyard. Covering an area of 50 square meters, the suite offers a separate living area with a desk, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV & an Illy coffee machine. A plate of chocolates & fresh fruit awaited me in my suite as a welcome gift. The room sizes vary from 25 square meters in the entry-level category (Deluxe Room) to 240 square metres in the Royal Suite. Twice daily housekeeping service with complimentary bottles of water is provided in all room categories. The suite's bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, two closets & a second flat-screen TV. The dark wooden floors & furniture together with the gray-beige silk wallpaper & pictures with Roman ornaments are intended to create an Italian flair.

The small marble bathroom boasts a shower/tub combination, a single copper washbasin, an integrated toilet & a towel warmer. Unfortunately, the DELLALUNA toiletries have been replaced by cheap products made in China. Breakfast is served every morning in the Brunello Restaurant. At lunchtime & in the evening, the restaurant offers a small menu with Italian dishes. Unfortunately, the afternoon tea - advertised on the hotel's website - is no longer offered. The small Italian-inspired breakfast buffet includes a large selection of cake & sweet pastry, cocktail tomatoes, salad, cucumber, mozzarella, fruit juices, smoked salmon, two types of cheese & cold cuts, cornflakes as well as yogurt. In addition to the selection from the buffet, guests can choose one complimentary dish, such as Greek yogurt, a fruit platter, poached egg on avocado or pancakes with berries, from the à la carte menu.
The hotel's bar offers a good selection of cocktails & spirits as well as coffee & sweet treats in the afternoon. In summer a flower-framed terrace invites to enjoy a drink or a light lunch while watching the hustle on bustle on Kensington Road.

The Baglioni Spa on the first floor of the hotel features steam rooms, sensory showers & treatment rooms for massages & facials. The Baglioni Gym with the latest cardio, free weights & strength training equipment allows to work out. The Baglioni Hotel impresses with its excellent location in Kensington, its tranquil size as well as its Italian flair & is equally suitable for business & leisure travelers.

I visited Baglioni to use the spa and it was wonderful. I had a truly wonderful time. The reception staff were so pleasant, professional and friendly. The spa was lovely and it is your own private spa with shower, toilet and steam room.This was great as I don't like sharing.You can use it 40 mins before your treatment and after for 30 mins which I feel is enough really. The massage itself was beautiful. I had a full body massage which was amazing. The therapist was pleasant and experienced. The oils they used were luxurious and smelt so good. I felt like a queen walking out. Perfect day 👌

Just a few moments from the park. So you can go out and walk. Great service all round. Nice cocktails at the bar. Good service at the spa..🧖🏾‍♀

I highly recommend this hotel; its facilities and services, such as the spa and restaurant, are spectacular. The staff's attention makes a difference—they are very friendly and attentive to every detail. I would return whenever possible. Thank you for making our stay the best.

We booked The Baglioni via Amex Travel. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite with a view of the park. All the staff were fantastic, and the room and the food were great.

This is a small hotel in a great location. They gave us a large room on the top floor, overlooking Hyde Park, incredible. Beautifully appointed with a coffee/tea maker, and all the coffee and tea to go with it, a refrigerator, and a very luxurious black marble bathroom with a separate shower and deep, soaking tub. The service is impeccable and the staff is very attentive. The restaurant downstairs is also first class offering great meals. This hotel is an easy walk to the Glouchester station, and the walk down that block is very pretty, with several embassies, and beautiful restaurants. Across the street from the Baglioni, you can catch several bus lines. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great food, nice a quiet. my friend asked for a coffee and it did not arrive. End of the meal I asked for a cappuccino and received a latte ;)

Greeted by the wonderful staff who valet parked our car. Lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, allowed us to check in early, and so graciously upgraded us to a bigger room. Room was fantastic, spacious and well equipped. Cocktails at the bar were beautifully crafted by the talented bartender. Great location, right next to Hyde Park and a couple of minutes walk to wonderful resteraunts. Gym is very well equipped, free weights up to 40kg, bench, Olympic bar, plates, Squat rack, pull down machine and cardio machines. Breakfast was delicious. A faultless experience!

I can’t speak to a stay at the hotel- only the spa… My friend and I got a Groupon for deep tissue massage and felt very spoiled by the treatment! Adelaide was so professional and spot on my my massage. Even the front desk staff in the spa and front desk were exquisite. Thank you so much!!

I always stay here in London, the location is amazing and only overshadowed by the warm welcoming of the Italian staff. Nice trendy bar and restaurant as well. 🍸 Highly recommended! 🌟

Excellent hotel close to The Hyde Park!

We had so much fun and love the services offered to us. Absolutely love the concept and it's soo much fun to have a walk at the park with some snacks, a book to read, and also some drinks!

The hotel offers the room at quite a pricey rate but the services and the room are just perfect!

I booked this hotel through Amex fine hotel collection. I initially was hesitant, not knowing much about where to stay in London, and a previous review that wasn’t too flattering. We had such a lovely four night stay. Our room was a beautifully upgraded two room suite, much larger than expected. In room coffee and full mini bar. They sent a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to our room. The only issue was that you really could hear everything on the street, there was some repair work being done, and if you were a late sleeper, it could be bothersome. The staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful, anything you needed, they were on point . We made appointments to use the fitness facility, which was small but well equipped. The restaurant had a great contemporary feel, and the breakfast off the menu was fresh and delicious. The weather happened to be beautiful while there, and being right across the street from Hyde Park, made it really convenient. I found the location perfect, a little less busy than the other side of the park, yet still walkable to all main attractions, and with a fair number of bars, restaurants, and shops within blocks of the hotel. I would easily stay here again!

Great for families. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The location (across the street from Kensington Gardens) is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay here. From the very beginning the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Their approach was warm, friendly, and attentive.

The room was excellent. We were upgraded to an executive suite, which was spacious, well proportioned, and scrupulously clean. The beds were comfortable, which is important to us as a tall family. We were also able to request a real bed for our daughter rather than a fold-away bed that some hotels supply.

The location is good, just next to Kensington High Street, and Kensington Gardens.

The breakfast was lovely, and we were made very comfortable by the team.

Lovely stay at a lovely quiet hotel. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Hyde park is just 10 steps away. A lot of dining options around the area. 25 min walk to Mayfair.

The Baglioni London has been a wonderful experience, from the reservation to after we checked out. I was going to name certain members of the team that stood out, but then I realised that I would need to mention everyone from reservation to the maintenance team. Everyone that I met in the hotel pays attention to details, which make a difference from being there and being a part of the friendly family atmosphere that they have created. Like any hotel property, there were small issues, but the way in which they were handled was excellent.
If you need to stay in London I would definitely give this property a try.
