Room is spacious. Hotel is next to big M&S and Boots, lots of amenities, bus station, connections to Epsom, Kingstone, Surbiton, New Malden….
You clean your garbage yourself in the room.
Good value for the offer.

I am currently in Temporary Accommodation At the Travel Lodge Hotel In Chessington while waiting on a property from the council. After being here for a while There are 3 Members of staff that deserve Medals. Aleesha and Moe in the restaurant are the best when they work they give the absolute best customer service I have seen in such a long time. They are so helpful and pleasant to be around always greeting with a big smile. I have had some stuff days in here and have found it hard to live in a hotel but Aleesha has been like my Angel always got an ear to Listen to me and make me smile again and I know its not just me that feels this way she has helped many of us here just by listening and understanding for us at this hard time in our life. Jone on Reception also deserves a medal again with excellent customer service skills. Always go beyond to help other and always with a big smile on her face Love them to bits and will never forget the Love they have shown me my son and daughter during our stay.

Great Location for what we needed.

Rooms are of a good standard my only negative on this would be if asked for a twin room it should be 2 x Full size single beds, not a double and a camp bed.

Service Excellent, Prakash, Jo and Kumar only too happy to help with everything we needed. Good fun and very welcoming.👍

I am really impressed with this hotel for several reasons. Mainly though, it is so heart warming to see a place filled with such friendly, hard working & kind staff. It makes a real difference in this world!

On my first night I was really looked after by Madalina and Modalina in the restaurant. They were welcoming, kind and served me fantastic food! I was not sure what to expect but was so delighted with my experience, that I have stayed longer, go to the restaurant every night and look forward to seeing their smiley faces!

In general, the hotel is probably one of the best I have stayed in. Everything is in working order, clean and easy to use. There is a great sense of community and safety. Of-course the location of this travel lodge is excellent. Plus the food is out of this world to be honest - restaurant standard! The choices on the menu, tastes and flavours, portion sizes and speed of service is top notch!

Thank you for having me and especially thank you Madalina and Modalina! I will be back :)

It was okay, needs a tidy up in some areas. Bed was comfy. My last evening was great, went to restaurant and only 1 member of staff on duty. But she was amazing, Madalina coped brilliantly. Always smiling she is a great asset to your company. I hope you treat her well.

It is almost far away from London. You have a less-than-2-hour trip by bus to get there, which is the reason it is cheaper than other hotels in London.

The good thing is that there is an important bus stop right next to the entrance.

The rooms are tidy and clean. There is no fridge in the room! There is a weird locked EXIT DOOR in my room. The bath is clean but you should take a shower in the bathtub which means you will splash the water everywhere on the floor so you have to wipe it out after the shower.

Stayed here with my girlfriend a few weeks ago. Wasn’t expecting much more than a bed to sleep. The manager with a big beard, can’t remember his name (I think it begins with a K) was an absolute gent. Helped me with our bags, the parking and gave use great recommendations for places to have fun whilst we were in Kingston.
Just because of his demeanour and attitude I would most definitely go back. Absolutely brilliant customer service from him!

I usually give 3 to 4 stars, which I think is fair for most Travelodge hotels. If there is a prize for the best Travelodge hotels. The one in Tolworth easily nails it. Very helpful staff, the usual Travelodge fast check in/out service. Clean rooms, very quiet at night. Free parking space. The hotel is very close to the shops and main roads. It is the best value for money hotel I found so far

Great hotel, comfortable, inviting rooms, great breakfast, reasonable price (although it will be in the low emissions zone soon which will make the overall cost higher). Overall fantastic hotel, would stay here again

I was impressed by how friendly the staff were. The price was very reasonable and the room was more than adequate. I opted for the breakfast too, which mid week was very quiet but very well stocked and fresh. For a very low star hotel, the staff made this a very pleasant stay and were very attentive and polite. I will stay again when in the area

Very clean room we had the family room and we asked for 2 extra beds. Not a problem. Service at the front desk was spot on. Parking is on-site top floor of the car park. But you do have access in and out of the Hotel to this car park level plus it was free all in the stay here only cost £36.00 for the family room. Plus it's close to shops cafes and lots more. Highly recommended stopping here

We stayed on the 1st April over night in a family room. It was nice and the Gentleman on reception ( I think his name was Tom) was really pleasant and professional. The room was smart and clean. One thing i will say is the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken so it really smelt in there. But we informed the lady working on reception the next morning. Many thanks

Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. One of the only Hotels to allow pets which is fantastic for my dog!! Breakfast is great value with a great selection to choose from and the evening meals are of equal value!
I've stayed in a few Travelodge hotels, Chessington Tolworth has by far exceeded my expectations! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Booked a family room for a two night stay as the hotel was close to Chessington world of adventures within 10 minute drive. we arrived fairly late the around 11.30pm, I was quickly checked in an giving my room key plus all information regarding parking, breakfast etc needed was provided. Had a little problem as room we were sent to was wrong as wasn't set up for a family, but was very quickly resolved leaving us to get the kids settled. Very good value for money, good location with multiple shops and takeaways 2 mins away, I was worried it would be loud in the evening but I was wrong and pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. The room was a tad warm but you can open the window, the room and bathroom was spotless couldn't fault it at all. Tea coffee provided, comfy beds, would defiantly recommend. We had a cool breakfast on the morning £8.50 each kids eat free, it was lovely, also had a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit salad, good selection of spreads, fruit juices and tea and coffee.

Excellent base for Chessington Park. Everywhere is clean and tidy and free, secure parking was a bonus. All you can eat breakfast and the evening meal we had was great, better than some I've had from Brewers fayre or similar. They brought the kids meal out as soon as it was ready so they didn't have to wait and everyone was really friendly and polite. Bowling round the corner and we went to a local Cafe (sunshine Cafe) on another evening and that was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
