*My experience so far*
I had been with my GP Surgery (The Family Practice) for nearly two decades, and once they merged with this clinic I was anxious about booking appointments or being seen by my regular GP. Little did I know that they now had more doctors to book appointments with and all the familiar faces were around too. I felt very lucky to know that a nurse was also available for appointments, for less urgent needs and she was absolutely AMAZING.
I met Nurse Asha during my pregnancy, she was and still is incredible. She is caring and compassionate, actively listens to me and gives me options which I was comfortable with. She was able to make a plan moving forward due to pains and aches I was experiencing, and she was also nice enough to make follow up appointments over the phone to check-in with me.

She has been an incredible help towards me, my mental health and hopefully my soon-to-be baby boy. I have never had any complaints from my previous Practice and hoping it will continue this way.

Please also note the patients, sometimes telephone appointments are best as there has been a rise in appointments for smaller needs such as coughs and colds. Prescriptions can now be sent electronically to a pharmacy close-by to you – which I find super helpful as I don’t need to make the trip to the GP and then back to the pharmacy. Our doctors and nurses are doing the best they can, given the circumstances, we should be grateful :)

Receptionists are very friendly and helpful and the doctors are kind and empathic.

Both appointments phone and face to face are always available, Any Referrals to hospitals have been prompt and efficient. An outstanding, caring nurses, which I cannot rate highly enough.

The whole team know their patients and want to do their best for them.

The doctors at this surgery have been nothing but completely helpful in the year that I have been registered here. I have been able to book appointments on the NHS app whenever I have needed them and every doctor I have dealt with has listened carefully to my concerns and dealt with them professionally and kindly.

There are some issues with telephoning the surgery and there have been times when I have been waiting on hold for about an hour but I understand that resources are limited and I'm sure the reception are trying their hardest. I have seen some reviews stating that the staff sound like they are from the 'ghetto' which is just rude and it is certainly uncalled for to highlight someones upbringing and accent.

Overall, a great surgery that probably needs more funding to expand their team working on reception to deal with the influx of new patients as the two surgeries have been combined.

I have just registered my daughter here online, they answered quickly and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to this level of speed and professionalism in the future.

I have been with this gp for about a year now and they have been nothing but brilliant. I have complex mental health needs that have been made worse by professionals misunderstanding me for years. The GPs here really take the time to listen and with that recovery seems far more likely than it ever did before

I only recently moved to the area and joined PPCC as a patient. I arrived already navigating a complex health issue which involved a different NHS Trust. Nurse Asha, Trainee Nurse Laura and Doctor Tamara Bowry took me and dealt with my case with compassion and care. Thank you guys, much appreciated.

The best gp i have ever had but unfortunately i have to leave them as i moved to different area. The nurse mrs veronica did vaccination for my new born baby and all those 3 times she didn’t have any pain. My husband had ear pain he went to walking center but he didn’t get any better and he visited doctor 👩‍⚕ and by one drop that she gave him he gets much much better. When i gave birth and when i was pregnant they did their best for me anytime i called them and explained them i have some problem the receptionist did her best to book me an appointment as soon as she could. Thanks everyone and wishing you all the best. 😉

Credit where credit is due. They have supported my mental health and Dr Baldwin is an angel on earth. Outstanding and thank God they are my GP surgery. They have saved my life!

Never had any problems there.. Always nice and friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable GP's and professional doctors. This is all all I need when visiting this place.

The nurse Asha was brilliant - friendly, professional and helpful.

Very easy to get to, it's just a few yards from the main road. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with any issues.

Receptionist has been good everytime I went there : nice and polite, did the job.
