Phillip Alexander recently took over managing our tenancy and we couldn’t recommend them more. By far the best letting agency i’ve been with in London, they are incredibly quick at jumping on any issues we flag. We are in contact with Lauren regularly and couldn’t sing her praises more. She is great at communicating with us and very attentive!

We've had a lot of trouble with estate agents, conveyancing solicitors, sellers, and buyers - pretty much everyone - on the two occasions we've had to buy and/or sell a flat. I'm sure most people can relate. Despite this, Philip Alexander were the one beacon of professionalism the whole time, and the only people involved in the move that we didn't at some point want to scream at. In particular, Elliott was constantly available, calm, reassuring, and knowledgable and went out of his way to resolve some tricky situations. We will certainly be coming back to Philip Alexander when it comes time to move again.
