I find Nicole to be a highly skilled and professional electrologist. And Nicole herself is such a delight to spend session time with. Further, Nicole's premises are very clean and comfortable - and imo, a reflection of the pride Nicole takes in her work and treating clients. I find it simple and easy to travel to Nicole's as there are two tube stations close by, as well as a bus stop only a couple of minutes away. I am so pleased to have selected Nicole to do the electrolysis work I needed.

I've known Nicole for almost 20 years and she is by far the best and most consistent beauty therapist I've ever been to. That is why she is still there and has so many customers of long-standing. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Once I found it I was very pleasantly surprised just how personal it all was. Beautifully decorated, lovely window at the time, I was told it changes with the seasons. The facial treatment I had was brilliant, Nicole was very knowledgeable and patient and I felt SO good afterwards, like i had a new face put on! Would highly recommend.
